This is a location where you have to physically dine in to get a decent experience. However, this was the third time I have ordered a sandwich that comes with pickles on it standard and they have not been on there. Went through the drive through and gave the name "Ally" for my order. A man approached me and asked for my name I told him "Ally". My account has a different name but that usually isn't an issue (ie; my husband might order under my account and uses his name not account name). I held up the line a good bit (maybe 8 minutes) because they were walking around looking for someone else. Not once did I hear my account name shouted out. I'm trying to say this in the most productive way, because I know chick fil a tries to hire the best employees, but when there are people bagging the food inside and 3 people standing outside it would be nice if all sauces, condiments and dressings were included when they were ordered in the app. I was missing my salad dressing, and a dry salad just isn't the same.
