Love this place. Me and my family love the food and atmosphere. Service is amazing. Very friendly staff. One of our top places to eat at❤️
Ramen, boba, Mortal Kombat - what more could you want. My favorite ramen in all of Chatt & I have tried them all! My go-to is the Tonkatsu with a Thai tea 😋 Sooo good & they give you so much so come hungry.
I love love Hibachi Wings!!! Pam is so very nice, she greets you as soon as you walk in the door. Nice atmosphere, great music, the passion fruit tea is my favorite!!! I grew up in Okinawa, Japan so love the Japanese curry with chicken katsu, wings, and fried rice. I highly recommend this restraurant!!!

Hibachi & Wings: Asian Fusion & Ramen is a highly recommended restaurant located off Shallowford in Hickory Valley. The atmosphere is relaxing yet fun, amazing, and very kid friendly, with a cute little photo op section. The food is amazing, on point, and the portions are so generous. Favorites include the Japanese curry, miso soup, Ramen, General Tso, sweet gochujung chicken don, pork belly don, chicken katsu curry, chicken dumpling soup, and hibachi steak with veggies and fried rice. The service is above and beyond, with knowledgeable and attentive staff who are the sweetest people. Artemis provided stellar customer service, and Art and Russell are especially kind. Diners recommend this spot for everyone, especially families with little kids, and note it is an interesting find on this side of Chattanooga.
