They don’t answer the speaker in hopes you’ll drive off

I have a three strikes rule, more or less. Two times in the past thirty days I've driven here for lunch and they've been out of honey mustard. Not sure how that happens at a chicken restaurant. Few days back the dinning room was closed and real long line the the drivethrough at lunchtime, made me also give up. Too much of a risk if I drive here for lunch to get the chicken fingers I'll lose the time in lunch when I find out they aren't ready for business and have to go elsewhere.

We have stopped coming here due to inconsistency in a timely fashion to receive food in the drive through. They never have enough people staffed. Tonight we tried to be patient because all we wanted were milkshakes for him to finally come back and say they were cleaning the icecream machine an hour before closing. He was really professional about everything so really it’s just the lack of staffing that is losing our business from here on out.

Ordered Fish Dinner. Horrible. Fish cold, French Fries cold and greasy, employee’s dirty looking and very unfriendly. This is the second Jack’s I have visited. There will not be a third. Never!

I ordered 2 Fish Dinners at Drive - Thru. When I approached the Pay/Pickup Window I paid and a representative came to the window and told me to pull up and wait. He said he was putting fresh fish on and it would be a few minutes. 32 minutes later I went inside and they said they forgot. They then looked at my receipt and put the order together. The fish was lukewarm, the fries were cold and soggy and the cole slaw was not edible. This was my first time to visit Jack’s and it’s my last. What I got was Horrible Service and Horrible Food!

The food was ok.. the eggs was ok, the grits were very running wasn't thick the biscuit and gravy was pretty good. The hash browns was hard like they had been sitting for awhile.Went to the bathroom, there was no toilet paper in the stall that I had went into, went to another one there was a roll of toilet paper on the floor but not in the toilet holder. This is not good

Just moved down here from SC ! 2nd day here got some lunch from jacks and it was so good !! 10/10. Wonderful workers !Great food ! Awesome atmosphere!
We usually stop here for our son. He loves the seasoned fries. They have good chicken and cheaper than Zaxbys. The comeback sauce is always what I get when I eat here.

i’ve been here 3-4 times and they always get my order wrong. this time they gave me my food in the container upside down. i ask for two honey mustards everytime and only ever get 1. i look on the receipt and they always get it wrong. if you eat here always check your food before you leave. service was good just can’t get an order

Ordered a large diet dr pepper without ice and an ice cream for my kid... they gave me a regular dr pepper, I'm diabetic... and my kid got ice cream without a spoon... clearly not doing a good job tonight.
