Freaky fast more like freaky slow! Delivery averages an hour and a half. My office is less than half a mile or a 15 minute walk round-trip from this location. I have ordered multiple times for the benefit of the doubt but receive the same service.

They never have drivers. I ordered a few months ago and 45 min later I get a call saying it was cancelled bc no drivers. Why accept it in the first place. Took two weeks to get my money back. Also just now called and said do you have any drivers, he said no it’s just me. Don’t even have delivery available on the website and take my money if you can’t deliver. Ridiculous.

Very strange that I wasn't asked what I wanted on my sandwich ? ? and when I tried to topping seemed like I was doing something out of the ordinary. Sandwich maker seemed annoyed. For a22 dollar sandwich I expect better service.

Stopped by at 8 pm the door was locked. Two teens saw me and walked around behind the counter to share a vape and were blowing smoke inside and just ignored me. It was supposed to be open til 10pm. The kid with the vape has long blonde hair.

So the map on here is wrong. Jimmy Johns is right across the street from the Shell gas station. We came in for a quick bite then heading to the airport. Glad we grabbed food because there was NOTHING for food at Chattanooga airport; super tiny airport. Qe got the sandwiches super quick. I ordered a turkey/cheese/avocado and my daughter ordered a plain turkey. When we saw her sandwich we thought, what a joke.... was like 1 ounce of meat total. On mine.... um where's the avocado? But it was flavorful.

Freaky SLOWWWW2.5hrs after ordering, still hasn't arrived. I called and was told they were really "backed up" today and that the traffics was bad, never mind the fact I am only 1.3 miles away. This location needs either a complete revamp of management or needs to be closed down.

I work downtown Chattanooga and Jimmy John's normally lives up to their motto when it comes to fast delivery.I like the Italian best. The bread always tastes fresh and the sandwiches are consistently well made. I request light lettuce, extra onions - always - and my requests have been fulfilled.I have only used delivery for this location so cannot comment on the restaurant itself.

Two hour delivery times are just unacceptable. Hire more drivers, and pay them acceptable wages. I'm a delivery driver myself, and I'd be embarrassed to deliver an order after a two hour window. I'm less than two miles away from the store.

This location is so badly understaffed. I've been living close to this JJ's for years and it's been going straight downhill in terms of delivery. They only have one driver, so ""Freaky Fast" turns into hours and hours of waiting. Not sure why this location has such a high turnover rate with drivers, but it really is a bummer. The food is typically fine, but unless you're able to get there and pick it up, don't waste your time with delivery.
