Fill the gut,walk the bridge. Perfect location! Get you some spetzel! Put it with some schnitzel and and wash 'em down with a fine German brew. Your gonna smile, you'll likely see me here doing the same thing.
As the only true German food place in chattanooga, I'd say they certainly deliver. And as a German descendent, I'd say they nailed the food. They have a good selection of beer as well.

A fantastic and unique dining experience! You don't see German restaurants that often, so, especially considering the high food standards in Chattanooga, my wife and I had to try this one. I wound up having a sampling of much of their menu in their spätzle plate: two brats over spätzle, kraut, and potato cakes. It was delicious!
