Went thru drive thru at this location today...drove 10 miles as it was....I ordered a roast beef with provolone cheese with just a little mustard on it. After I got home and opened the sandwich, it had lettuce, mayonaise and tomatoes on it....I am allergic to raw tomato and therefor could not eat the sandwich....I was not driving 10 miles back to the restaurant to complain. I will not be going to another Jimmy John's again.

They never have food ready the servers don't know how to ask you what you want and how to repair it don't understand how a fast food restaurant like this can I operate efficiently. It's all aggravating when you walk in and they don't have any food and they ask you to stand around and wait for 20 or 30 minutes while they cook food when they know it's rush-hour or lunch hour it doesn't make any sense

My Gargantuan was about what I always expect of this chain, which is one of my favorite sub shops by the way. That being said, there were some disappointments. The bread on my sandwich was stale and difficult to bite through. The meats were amazing and the veggies fresh and crisp as I always expect from a Jimmy John's experience. We had planned on dinning in but the staff was very nonchalant unfriendly and I was completely turned off at how dirty the pick up area was. They have a small quartz ledge that they set your food on and it was filthy as was the make table lid. Both had spots of a green film either growing on it like a yeast or it's just sticky green grime. That was enough to have us ask for it to be made to go. Had we dined in, I would have asked that they remake my sandwich with fresher bread. The sandwich was something like $17 and for that I expect top notch Jimmy John's sub. They were doing very well with Covid protocols. Masks were required by guests unless they were eating. All employees were masked up, and wearing gloves. They also had a gallon jug of hand sanitizer set up as you enter which I very much appreciated. I especially appreciated it when I left. After touching that counter top, I felt that I needed to use it more on the way out than I did after touching the door handle on the way in. For now, the downtown Jimmy John's will be my go to from now on. It's hard to believe that you can get a finer sub from a chain, so this experience will not drive me away. But if I have the craving for a sub while I am in the Gunbarrel area, I will go to the Firehouse Subs across the street as I consider their sandwiches neck and neck. Total coin toss as to who is better.

I don't really try to leave bad reviews but this one had to happen... The last three time I have been here I've been in the drive thru for over 10 minutes with maybe 2 cars in the line. The speedy service here is a mythical creature... The lady who took my payment also was making the sandwich with no hair net. Typically I don't care, but the fact her hair was long enough to dangle on the counter and bounce around freely kind of creeps me out. I've seen her 2x in the last 3 visits with no hair net, hair acting all nimbly bimbly on the counter... the people who have taken my order are in zero rush to do anything, it's honestly sad. Idk if there is a manager in the evening time but surely to god there isn't because the service is super poor. The bar is set pretty low for this establishment right now..

I received the gift card today May 8 2020 to make up for the overcharge on March 23 2020. I am donating it to a First Responder and going back to Firehouse Subs which has outstanding customer service.

Stopped here at 8pm on a Friday, were the only people in the store, and we waited 15 minutes for 6 sandwiches. There were two very young workers (neither in uniform) and one manager. The manager stood and watched as the young workers slowly made our sandwich, then realized they were out of salami and took 8 minutes locating the new roll and slicing. When I’ve experienced this in the past, I’ve been given at least a free chip or cookie - manager gave nothing but excuses for the poor service. None of our orders were correct. I have never experienced such slow, poor service at a Jimmy John’s before. Will absolutely not be returning to this location.

Sandwich seemed bland to me, no real choices for bread and turkey was just bland. Service was good, place was clean, just hardly any taste to the sandwich.
Gotta have basic condiments SALT & PEPPER. Overall good experience sandwiches were good & the crew was friendly too.

We enjoyed our unwiches very much. What turned me off is that the owner/manager is Super stingy! No equal or any sweetener for unsweetened tea!!! What? No napkins or salt/pepper out! I’m not asking for a condiment bar or anything, just the basics!

I'm somehow out of delivery radius, and I live 2.4 miles away. You guys really need to expand where you deliver. I don't know any store that doesn't travel outside 2 miles. Kind of ridiculous.

This is my new favorite location. I shouldn't have to say this but I will. I was so super impressed that they had members of their staff that had special needs. More than anything I was impressed on how well the other staff was working with and motivating them to do well. This location was clean and so friendly. We love the veggie sandwich with sprouts. Yum. We will keep choosing this location.
