We did a mobile order after leaving Dollywood, food was ready, hot, and good. Only bad thing was for 5 orders of nuggets, said BBQ on each one and wasn't any in any of the bags when we got to the hotel.

I visited during a busy time. They were also changing from the breakfast menu to the lunch menu a bit early - I was told they had run out of breakfast. The drive-thru line was wrapped around the building, so I decided to go inside as it was less busy and I was on a schedule. There was a lady working up front pulling double and triple duty, trying her best, it seemed - I will give credit where it is due, and she was working hard. However, the kitchen employees were working slow and unmotivated, and the manager spent time standing by the fries and mostly dealing with the drive-thru. I'm not sure what the experience would have been like had I chosen the drive-thru, but it would likely have been better as the kitchen was obviously only focused on the drive-thru. I ordered a simple chicken sandwich with no fries and drink. I waited for just over 25 minutes, standing up front for my order. That's simply unacceptable service and the cause of my rating. After reading the other reviews on this location, I would advise others to avoid this location. It does seem that there are some good employees that work here, but their efforts seem to be swallowed up in a mess of other issues within the staff. It seems to be a terrible roll of the dice to get good service at this location. If in the area again (highly likely), I will be looking for alternatives or planning ahead rather than to revisit this place.

RUN!!!! Don’t go here in evenings and early morning. The food is always old, order is never right when certain manager is there he’s incompetent of running this restaurant at evenings and night!!!! And always takes over 30 mins to get food and it’s trash!!!! Please pass this location and go to the next!!! I will from now on!!!! How can a manager work there for years and can’t get a order right and food is trash!!!! McDonald’s come on now do better get rid of employee running this location down.

App offered "table service". Crew only made 4 errors. (1) Dropped order off on counter. (2) In a to-go bag. (3) Without a drink. (4) Finally gave me a cup and said unsweetened tea is out in the lobby but, of course, it was sweet tea. As I ate, they also screwed up most other orders.

If I could give a zero I would the manager made us feel like it was our fault when we were charged three times ny the app and she trying to explain it to her she litterly kicked us out of the drive-through corporate will be contacted and this was my worst restaurant experience ever in my 40 years
