This is the coldest commercial building I have ever been in in my entire life. It is impossible to sit in the dining room and eat because your hands go numb from the cold. It is always this way. I don’t understand why they keep it so cold.

We showed up just before the end of breakfast. The kiosk still allowed us to enter a breakfast order. After ordering and waiting a while we were told. Breakfast time was over. It this is your policy you should switch the kiosk ten to fifteen minutes before. We were forced the get a refund and reorder from the lunch menu. We can specifically for breakfast and we're in the building with five to ten minutes before the posted switch time.
