Just started working out & it's perfect for what I need. Very clean & welcoming. Whoever picks the music usually can't make up their mind & songs are almost always skipped half way through. But that's okay, I've just been wearing headphones & listening to my own music.
Best atmosphere in a gym around. Trainers are awesome and friendly. Workouts are made for you and are never stale. They will tailor them to your fitness level or fitness goals and you do them at your own pace. Everybody gets to know one another and builds an awesome community. Owner organizes race teams and we run them as a gym. Not hard to get hooked on working out here. I love it. 5 gold stars.
This is a great place to get in better shape. New equipment was installed during the lockdowns. The equipment is easy to use and adjust. No matter where you go, it's the person that makes great things happen and the gym is only the tool to get it done. If a person is sincere and will stick to it, you can get in better shape here.
