I come here often to work or on a coffee dates with my husband. The turtle mocha is one of my favorite coffees in the city. Breakfast burrito is simple and delicious. Great location with plenty of seating and a good view upstairs. But I’m begging you Stone Cup, please PLEASE vacuum and mop upstairs before I drag my vacuum over to do it myself.Parking: A few spots reserved for this location, paid lot across the street.

The coffees are really good the atmosphere is good and comfortable. Seems to be a local favorite lots of work space for laptops charging stations. Staff so so. The garbage cans were overfull and in the 45 minutes or so we were there no one changed them. Kind of onsightly and when you can't discard your trash appropriately kind of aggravating.

The girl with the bangs was such a DELIGHT ! Rapid service, plenty of eye contact and excellent communication for those who worry about such things. The girl always greets me and other customers warmly. I feel wanted and welcomed and will surely return. Thanks, the girl !

Best coffee shop hands down in chattanooga. The coffee / food are always made with a local touch. The views and park location make this one of a kind place. . Service is always very prompt and professional. I work close so visit it very often. I highly recommend this place.

The staff was rude, and I was shocked by the poor level of customer service, as though I was inconveniencing them by requesting a coffee.
This is an occupation of hospitality and every time I go in there in the morning, the girl has an attitude and no appreciation for my business. I don’t think I have ever been greeted, been told thank you for my business, and just a cold attitude every time I go in there. Fortunately, there are several other coffee establishments around I can go to where I am not made to feel this way. People should feel wanted and welcome when we are the reason you get paid. Wake up and smell the coffee!
