Somewhat clean (just the tables that needed wiping down and a stinky bathroom). A few problems ordering, likely due to translation, but the sub was eventually made correctly. Depending on who is serving, you might not be able to order by quoting the sub menu number. When I asked for a 6" number 12, she then gave me a foot long and gestured at me to select my filling.
I went through the drive thru at this location and ordered two pizza meals and a sub. When I got to the window only one of the pizza meals were rung up even though I ordered two in the drive thru. I had to add on the chips and drink separately at the window because of their mistake and I was charged more than if they would had rung me up correctly. To me being overcharged is not good service.

This Subway at 7635 Lee hey was clean, everything was stocked, and the employees were knowledgeable and friendly. I had left another subway a few miles away because they rudely told me they had to slice the turkey I wanted and I “was gonna have to wait” like I was asking so much of the lady working. Coming to this Lee hwy location made me feel so much better after having a rude experience at the other. The management here knows what they’re doing!
