I was a frequent customer until today. A woman was in the drive thru at the touch screen. When she pulled away, I pulled up. The screen said, Start Another Order? I clicked it. Then it said, Cancel Order? I was confused, but wanting to place my order, and hoping it would clear out the screen, I clicked it. Suddenly, a very rude woman opened the back door and accused me of canceling a steak sandwich order which she had already made. I tried to apologize and explain there was a woman just there in a maroon colored car who had pulled around. The worker then accused me of lying!! I'm like, lady, I just pulled up! I didn't order a sandwich yet! She said there was no woman before me. I told her, apparently she drove off. She wouldn't believe me and kept going on about that steak sandwich! I pulled around to the drive through window hoping to speak to a more rational person, but to no avail. He also asked me to describe the supposed car that had pulled away! I felt like I was in the Twilight Zone. Have these drive through workers never had drive offs before?? Do they accuse every driver behind the ones who leave? I'm usually very chill, but they stirred my inner Karen today. ? ZERO stars for their service. If she'd have listened and believed me, I would have just bought that stupid steak sandwich, now I'll never go back.They need some training in how NOT to speak to customers.

The woman who took our order didn't even greet me and my friend and gave us a look as if to say, “What do you want?” ? Despite that, the food was ok? Every other Subway though puts cheese on before bacon so it cooks better in the toaster. That‘s something this location needs to take into consideration. As you'd expect my sandwich was just warm-ish. Plus my side and drink it was $18 which isn't really worth it in my opinion.

Food and atmosphere are pretty typical for a subway. The service absolutely sucks. Don't order online if you don't want to hangout in the store for 15 minutes regardless of how not busy they are. The meter on the app that tells you when the food is ready is not accurate because they don't start to put together your meal until after you get to the restaurant. Also I've had multiple occasions where the employee messes up the order, notifies me, and apologies but refuses to do anything to fix it (seemingly because they don't want to waste the food.) I've waited a long time to write this review because generally I like subway but over half the times I've visited this location I've had service issues.Long story short: probably the worst service for a restaurant in the area in my opinion.

This Subway at 7635 Lee hey was clean, everything was stocked, and the employees were knowledgeable and friendly. I had left another subway a few miles away because they rudely told me they had to slice the turkey I wanted and I “was gonna have to wait” like I was asking so much of the lady working. Coming to this Lee hwy location made me feel so much better after having a rude experience at the other. The management here knows what they’re doing!

2:20 pm! This is my first issue at this particular location. Workers are Hispanic so there is a language barrier. First thing we did was tried to do was present coupon for bogo with school coupon. Young man prepping food said we’re taking it without looking at the coupon. $21 dollars later at the register the young lady said different. Our fault for not knowing the address of establishment but they had no remorse and didn’t care. No I’m sorry or anything and the young man basically kept his head down.

Somewhat clean (just the tables that needed wiping down and a stinky bathroom). A few problems ordering, likely due to translation, but the sub was eventually made correctly. Depending on who is serving, you might not be able to order by quoting the sub menu number. When I asked for a 6" number 12, she then gave me a foot long and gestured at me to select my filling.

It's a subway. We got our sandwiches and sat down. The line got to be out the door and thoe kids kicked butt. I don't think that people were inline maybe 10 minutes. ?

Beware low sanitary standards for all staff. I arrived and the server just finished wiping her nose with her hand and proceeded to put gloves on. I advised her to wash her hands which she did but then wiped her hair from her face before putting the gloves on. It is unsanitary to touch food and the cash machine. They do not understand the importance of health standards. This location will be my last time visiting.
