We ate here last night while on our first visit to Chattanooga as it was very close to our Airbnb. It was not busy (1 other table). Our server seemed less than interested. We ordered one beer each (she brought out the wrong ones), a taco salad and a taco plate. The salad was uninteresting (canned corn and canned beans), but plentiful. The Al Pastor tacos were served with white corn tortillas (single, not double) which were VERY fragile and fell apart. They were average, at best. My tacos were served almost 5 minutes before my wife's salad. We're hoping for a better restaurant experience somewhere else this evening.

This place is Legit Delicious! I had pupusas with rice and beans and my hubbi had tacos. I usually take pictures but I was so excited to try this. The flavor was on point if not extra, you can tell these people love what they do. The food literally took me back to childhood foods from grandma's cooking. The staff are super friendly and very attentive to everyone who was in. I will Definitely return.

The review below was from a few years ago. As of now they have DOUBLED their prices. Two people were $62 for dinner for two. Absurdly expensive. Finally Chattanooga goes from greasy junky faux cheese Mexican to someplace good and cheap that feels authentic.Have no idea why someone called them dirty. Never had a problem here.Parking: Parking lot up the steep hill behind the restaurant.

What a joke! Waiter (Lurch) communicated in grunts. chips and salsa, one torta, and water cost me $22. Served on a paper plate covered in tinfoil. No parking and in a very sketchy part of town.

Small urban taqueria nestled downtown. Food (3 tacos) came out fast after I ordered; probably less than 5 minutes. The tacos came out looking pretty & appropriately dressed with cilantro & purple onions. They had 3 separate sauces; one of them container so real 'heat'. Tortillas were cold & spongy. The carne asada & chorizo did not have a strong flavor, while the al pastor meat was hard. The did not have draft, but they did have an assortment of beer. They also charge extra for using debit/credit card. This was a regret meal, but I had not eaten lunch & it was already 5:30pm, so it had to suffice. Good authentic music selection though.

Food is good but very overpriced. 3 very small tacos 14 dollars- no sides. Guac 12 dollars. Not going back because there are better places for those prices.
