Friendly staff. Limited menu that is "shareable" and food arrives as it is prepared. The brussel sprouts were delicious as was the Red Snapper. The strawberry shortcake was definitely the size for two. I would not have selected the place but someone gave me a gift card. I'm glad they did. Recommend if you are looking for something a little different.

I wanted to love it but the food just wasn’t good. I’m very frugal and didn’t finish everything (especially the Japanese pancake that smelled and tasted like a foot) so that’s saying something. The fried chicken was 70% fried pieces, where was the chicken?

This place was truly a treat. We were only in Chattanooga for the long weekend and were so glad we picked this place as one of our few dinner spots. The chefs truly do an incredible job perfecting each dish. They incorporate top-notch ingredients that pair together perfectly. I never expected a beet, grape, and Brussels sprout salad to be one of the best things I’ve ever eaten, but it was. Their cocktails were also incredible - I’m typically more of a wine and beer person but their cocktails were too good to pass up on! Highly recommend.

10 out of 10 FLAVOR! Wow! Every time we come here our expectations are exceeded. We even brought our dog Harley and they gave her a water bowl. Everyone on staff knew her name just about and everyone was/is so friendly! Go try it out! The menus change based on the season. I got the airline chicken and it was phenomenal. The beet Brussel dish was also outstanding.

I took my sister to this restaurant based on a review. We ordered the Fingerlings, whichever was amazing! We ordered the snapper which was also amazing! And we ordered the peach pasta which improved with each bite. The more you taste the peach pasta the better it gets. It is a very interesting mix of flavors. The meals are set up for sharing, which we enjoyed. Overall, I liked this restaurant. The atmosphere and staff were nice, outgoing, and very informative. The restaurant filled up rapidly. I suggest making a reservation.

Fabulous food in a really nice space. It's in South Chattanooga, a trendy and sort of weird semi-industrial-looking area, but this was totally pleasant. I sat outside (mainly because the music inside was LOUD) and the outdoor seating area is really nice, with plants inside the area and shade trees around. Friendly and helpful server. Great list of craft cocktails. I had a Garden Variety, vodka with carrot-ginger shrub and other things - very very good. Later, for wine, since they didn't have my good old California Chard, my server helped me choose the orange Caricante, which was perfect. The food is tapas style. Of course I ordered too many things, but they were all so good! Salmon tartare - delicious! Mixed with avocado, and served with addictive house-made chips. Squash fritters - shredded squash, fried, with a delicious sauce. Charred cauliflower - too big for just me, but so good! With hazelnuts and mint and a lime-ginger sauce. This was the last night of a month-long trip to the West Coast, and this was one of the best meals I had in the whole month.

If you are in the area it is a must visit! I recommend making a reservation but the hostess was able to seat us at a high top which was fine. Beautiful rehab in the original building. We had the corn ribs and the candy chicken. Great drinks, great service, and awesome all around. Highly recommend.

5 adults and 9 small plates made for a great outing. We enjoyed everything. Wait staff was great, food came in stages. We were never out. Highly recommend.

I was in Chattanooga just for the night and stopped in for a drink. The cocktail menu has lots of fun options. I had the ardilla borracha which was smoky and orange-y with salt on the rim. Cute glass, good service, nice crowd.

Absolutely delicious. Everyone in my group enjoyed their meals. Service was great. Prices were reasonable. I really enjoyed the Sweet Korean Spicy Chicken. Surprised more people were not dining. Definitely will return when back in the area.

I suggested to my colleagues that we should have dinner at the Flying Squirrel since it was named after the mascot of my local baseball team, the Richmond Flying Squirrels. We had reservations for 6 and were seated promptly. We started with drinks that were reasonable priced. There were 6 of us and ordered 5 different meals. Everyone enjoyed their meals. The only downside to the evening was the time spent between serving dinners. A couple of us were finished before the last person was served. But dinner was delicious.

Super busy restaurant, you should make a reservation in advance. Their food was alright, not spectacular but not bad either. The filet was definitely tougher than it should be, despite being ordered medium rare. loved the miso glazed salmon, the best dish out there. They did attempt some Asian cuisine but the flavors (with pork belly) were a miss to me.

Wow to the chefs! They created an amazing food experience for us. We absolutely loved the use of local ingredients played up in a beautiful tasty upscale delight. Can't wait to try more!
