The food is always good, but the customer service sucks. I went there for 2 meals and was handed my food but no drinks. I sat there waiting thinking they were making the tea fresh. Instead, they closed the window without asking if I was missing something. When I beeped my horn, a 2nd employee didn't say a word and handed me my drinks. I said thank you and did not get a response. I will not be going back to this location.

I haven't been to a Zaxby in years. Service changed after the pandemic, due to lack of help, I assume. I decided to try them again. The new philly sandwich is delicious!!! I was pleasantly surprised with the service I received. This location is the best one I have been to. I will definitely be back.
Why do I keep coming back when every time it takes 20 minutes to get through the drive thru when there'sonly 4 cars in line. One order at a time, and they don't take the next order until the previous order is paid and the guest drives away. Why!!? I really wish they would get a Chick-fil-A over here. This place would close down in a month. The staff could care less if they get your order right or even at all and apparently the management team doesn't care either. I gave my order 3 times and every time the cashier repeated it back to me she was wrong. I just tool whatever she stuck out the window.

My husband tried to go through the drive thru this evening around 8:30. He ordered a traditional Wings N Things and the girl told him “we don’t have no traditional wings” so he changed to boneless. Then he tried to order sweet tea and they didn’t want to make anymore so she said they didn’t have any sweet tea either. When my husband asked what they did have, she rudely said “other stuff.” Every single experience we’ve had at this Zaxbys has been bad. The employees are rude and don’t care about customer service. Most of the time when you do get to the window the cashiers are just standing there on their phones. Make sure you check your order when you come through the drive thru also because it’s usually wrong. We won’t be back.

I ordered 6 finger meal and 3 of the finger look like chicken nuggets and I wanted extra fries and I didn't even get a normal size order of fries barley any an I paid $20 for $5 worth of food.
