“We went to the 25th Street location while my dad played a show with a band, and we had been there the whole time, ordered food and everything. But after the guy took my drink order, he came up to our table and yelled at us saying we didn't pay to get in. We were told by the owner we didn't have to pay since we were with the band. we politely explained what we were told, But had said if we had to then we would, no problem. But instead of standing by what he said, the owner proceeded to YELL at Me saying if I was going to cause an issue then they'd ask us to leave. I felt so uneasy and pissed, because my fiance and I had been polite and everything the whole time. and the fact he was acting like he was only talking to me that way. when my fiance talked to him his tone changed. My stepmom was also with us, told my dad, and they haven't played at that location since. It was a NIGHTMARE.. plus from what I have heard from MULTIPLE people, they have let their waiter follow girls into restrooms and touch them inappropriately and just letting him go right back to work even AFTER the law was involved. This place needs to be investigated, shut down, or something! It is not safe..”

“This is BY FAR my favorite bake shop in town! The treats are always so fresh and delicious. I try something new every time I stop in. The building itself is vibrant, fun, and feels welcoming. My kids insist on a photo op with the little bicycle outside every single time we go!
The employees are just as sweet as the treats too!
I can't recommend Billie's Sweet Treats enough. If you haven't tried it yet you are missing out!”

“So I had a sore throat. My d.i.l. told me to get a medicine ball from Starbucks. I had had one before and it did help but I wasn't keen on the taste. So I went to Vibez and she said they didn't have a medicine ball but she would create a drink just for me. She made it with green tea, mint, honey and frothy milk. I just went back and got a 2nd one. This place is awesome. The people there are great and very kind. I am addicted big time.”

“I've always passed by this area but I didn't realize that there was a taco place and la michoacana here! My friend and I stopped by for lunch to try their food. When we walked inside we realized that both places were combined inside which was cool. It was very spacious with many tables and places to sit. We came on a Tuesday for lunch, it wasn't that busy.

I ordered a Carne Asada plate and chose flour tortillas. It also came with a Jarritos drink too, you can choose which flavored drink you want from the fridge by the counter. My friend got a pupusa, and carne asada (beef) and chicken tacos.

The carne asada was phenomenal. I was really surprised at the portion of beef that came with my plate, it was huge. Not only that, but it was flavored and seasoned so well. It was savory and tasty. The frijoles (beans) and arroz (rice) was good, and the veggies on the side tasted very fresh. I took a bite of my friend's beef taco too and it was great.

Every bite from my dish was great, I loved it. The only thing was that I wish the sides were a little bigger in proportion to the carne asada. For me, the sides are just as important as the protein. So I wish they gave a little more to balance out the whole dish. Other than that, I liked what I ordered. I'd come back for the carne asada and ice cream.”

“This is one of the best frozen yogurt places in Cleveland. They had a unique ice cream treat similar to a blizzard at dairy Queen but way better. Higher quality and tastier more like a boutique frozen yogurt place. Certainly classier than any chain.
The two people running the place were really nice and handled the big crowd with great enthusiasm. We will definitely be back.”

“They have delicious food and smoothies, but they tend to be out of a lot of stuff and the smoothies can be inconsistent with taste. However, they always make it right if there's an issue. I love the atmosphere, all their live plants really add a warm feel to the place. Due to the location, the parking is very difficult to find and get in/out of.”

Our orders were Hawaiian Shrimp Fajitas enchiladas meal and a burrito meal everything was beautifully placed and you could tell the person cooking cared about the food he was serving. One of the most memorable and delicious meals I’ve had in a long time and I have had to go out frequently as of late.”

“I recently visited this Panda Express location while traveling through Cleveland, TN (3/21/26), and I had one of the best fast food experiences I’ve ever had—thanks to Erin.

From the moment we walked in, she was incredibly kind, attentive, and on top of everything going on around her. While we were ordering, my family called and added onto our order, which turned into a pretty large purchase (around $75). Despite the sudden change, Erin handled everything with ease, professionalism, and a great attitude.

I personally have autism, and fast food environments—especially ones like Panda Express where foods are close together or touching—can be overwhelming for me. Erin went above and beyond without hesitation and separated my food in a way that made me feel comfortable. She plated my meal thoughtfully and even put my rice on the side. That might seem small to others, but to me it made a huge difference in my experience.

On top of that, she was actively communicating with her team, calling for food, keeping the line moving, and still giving us her full attention. Her customer service honestly exceeded even some of the highest standards I’ve seen elsewhere. She was warm, efficient, and genuinely cared about getting everything right.

We also had a large order with lots of sauces, and for the first time ever at a Panda Express, we were actually given enough sauces for our entire group. She paid attention to what we needed instead of just handing out a few packets and hoping for the best.

As someone who manages a business myself, I can confidently say Erin is an incredibly valuable employee. She made us feel welcomed, heard, and taken care of from start to finish.

“Good food selection, good service, and good atmosphere. We came here too many times from 8 people or more. They can accommodate any size of group either walk in or reservation. If you walk in in large group like 12 or more just remember to wait a little longer especially if somebody is using the large room.”

“The workers at this Bojangles are a cut above the ordinary. Very nice people, fast, efficient and friendly. There were several vehicles ahead of me in the Drive Thru, and it took just a few minutes to be on my way. They got my order 100% accurate, and the food was hot and delicious.”
