I owe the owners and my friends an apology for missing out on this absolutely delicious spot. It’s a small building with tight parking, but let’s be real all the hole in the wall style places are the best so I was not bothered by it, and I was not disappointed. It’s not on my way to anywhere, but now that I know how good it is…I’ll be making excuses to go. The crew is super efficient and incredibly helpful and friendly. The owners are very nice people and made their salmon paties into sandwiches for me and the hubs today! They were really good! Biscuit for an appetizer. The catfish is the swai kind, bummer but my brother in law said it was seasoned perfectly and fried just right. the texture is still mooshu though. Everything else was absolutely delicious. Really friendly service. Atmosphere was was spot on with a meticulous, well kept building. don't pass it up.”

“My family dined in at this location once a while back and it was good service, quality food & priced right. We mostly do take out once every two weeks or so. Honestly, I love the teriyaki chicken bento box, spring rolls with the white rice and California roll. I do NOT like the soup. It smells like a fish joint. I always pour it over my dogs food and they seem to love it! If Kumo can ever get the soup right, I will give them 5 stars but until then.. 4 stars.”

A racial joke or slur was spoken to me 1 night picking up my door dash order. The manager said to me you know all black people like watermelon and chicken. Then he asked me, don't they all like chicken and watermelon. I was like a deer in headlights and I didn't know what to say.I laughed a little because I didn't know how to react to what he said to me and he has also for quite some time said nasty ugly comments to me at night when I pick up my Door Dash deliveries. There are also other very bad interactions I have had with this particular manager that I want mention here. He is a bad representation of Krystals and should be replaced because he is in my opinion big liability and could create a dangerous situation for himself and the rest of the Krystals staff 1 day. It's like he doesn't care how he speaks to people or if he hurts people with his nasty jokes and statements. 1 night he called me M F and then laughed in my face. The managers name is Justin at the Cleveland TN store. I just really hope i don't have to keep with this individual much longer. To whom this may concern. Thank you.”

“Attached to the Pilot gas station. Easy to grab an iced tea and it is self service...which are not around as much anymore. One funny thing for me - I wanted unsweet tea which was available, but there are 3 large sweet tea dispensers and only a small unsweet one.”

“Dang!! Less than 15 minutes from our home, and what a gem of a local dive!! Had the Jimmy burger, and one of the best ever(!), fried okra was perfect, the local craft brew was excellent. Made for a perfect evening with my darlin’ after a 17 mile mountain bike ride. T.J. is a fun, knowledgeable dude and heck of a server which adds to the experience. We even ordered a pizza to go. Awesome. This is our new, local favorite!!! Well done guys ??”

There is also a freezer with lots of flavors available for taking home.They also have a generous rewards program. Just be aware there are no rest rooms so plan accordingly.Parking: Huge amount of parking spots.”

“The place can be really packed depending if they have a popular local band playing. You can wait a hot minute for a drink as depending on who's on bar, they can be slow (or only have one bartender). The food is left to be desired, mostly bar snacks and if I came here hungry looking for a meal, I'd be kinda disappointed. Drink prices vary, but again depending on who's at the bar they can be QUITE heavy handed. The atmosphere is super unique and if not for the heavy leaning middle aged crowd, could be a popular hot spot in Cleveland for drinkers of all types. They even had some corn hole outside when it's warm if that's your thing.”

“Amazing juice!!! Detox is my favorite. Staff is pleasant and will make whatever you want. English is a second language, but it is easy enough to communicate your order in English or Spanish. Store has a surprising amount of dried medicinal herbs, which are hard to find in the area. Overall, it has become a must stop for me when I visit Cleveland weekly. They also make smoothie bowls, among other things. Many times, they have special offerings also. Always a treat. Don't forget to check out the Mexican grocery and dining counter next door. He is a bad representation of Krystals and should be replaced because he is in my opinion big liability and could create a dangerous situation for himself and the rest of the Krystals staff 1 day. It's like he doesn't care how he speaks to people or if he hurts people with his nasty jokes and statements. 1 night he called me M F and then laughed in my face. The managers name is Justin at the Cleveland TN store. I just really hope i don't have to keep with this individual much longer. To whom this may concern. Thank you.”
