This was my husband and my first time ever eating at a Back Yard Burger. We really enjoyed it. The food was amazing. It was fresh off the grill and full of flavor. I got the black bean burger and my husband got the southwest burger. Sadly they were out of ice cream so my husband couldn't get a shake, but, hey, it happens. Not the workers fault. Though they did lock the doors right behind us an hour before close. Not sure why.Vegetarian options: The black bean is a great option

Every time I am close to this location, I stop and have lunch. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The food is probably the best Back Yard Burger around.Kid-friendliness: They have a big indoor playground.

Likes - Double Classic with cheddar cheese ? and seasoned fries ? OH, I missed that taste being in Chattanooga for 12 years! Dislikes - The automated ordering system (drive-thru). Makes the experience so cold and impersonal. And for some people like my wife, very frustrating when ordering for more than one person.
