This was my husband and my first time ever eating at a Back Yard Burger. We really enjoyed it. The food was amazing. It was fresh off the grill and full of flavor. I got the black bean burger and my husband got the southwest burger. Sadly they were out of ice cream so my husband couldn't get a shake, but, hey, it happens. Not the workers fault. Though they did lock the doors right behind us an hour before close. Not sure why.Vegetarian options: The black bean is a great option

Worst service and food ive ever had at a backyard burger... To start all the employees did was stand around laughing and not working while im in the drive thru waiting on my food for 15 minutes with no one in line and no one inside. THEN the cash register lady gave me 2$ back from an order that i paid 20$ for and it only cost 12$ so she tried to steal a $5 from me and i had to raise my voice and make hand guestures just to get them to come back to the window and give me what they owed me.. And lastly lets talk about the absolute WORST burger ive ever had in my entire life! THE ENTIRE BURGWR WAS STALE!!!! As soon as i got home and took a bite of it it was like biting into a piece of a brick. The burger was absolutely cooked well beyond well done and was drier than the Sahara desert during mid day heat. And the bacon and cheese looked like they had been sitting on there for 2 or 3 days. And the burger must have been that old too! In summary.. I will never, ever, ever go to that backyard burger ever again in my life and i strongly suggest you do the exact same.

Stopped in for the double classic, as I went to the restroom I noticed the dirtiest urinal I've ever seen in a fast food restaurant. it's like nobody has even tried to clean this thing in a few years. Took forever just to get my order taken, and when I did get it taken, it took forever to receive it .the fries tasted like they were cooked in old oil and the burger meat was dry and overcooked .

I stopped in to get the classic double in the first thing I noticed was the dirtiest urinal I've ever seen in my life. I will post a photo. Took forever just to get my food ordered. Took forever to receive my food even though it wasn't fresh. The fries were fried in extremely old oil. The burger meat was dry and burnt around the sides

Every time I am close to this location, I stop and have lunch. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The food is probably the best Back Yard Burger around.Kid-friendliness: They have a big indoor playground.

Worst place. Place an order and the lady at the window forgets what we ordered and to top it off she looked like she intentionally did it. Hire people who can take an order. The robot does it for you, why is it so hard??

They were out of fries. Not kidding.My blackened chicken salad had no chicken.We were the only car in line, and it still took 15 minutes to get our food.Backyard Burgers has become a joke at every level, and it is sad because their menu is good.

Likes - Double Classic with cheddar cheese ? and seasoned fries ? OH, I missed that taste being in Chattanooga for 12 years! Dislikes - The automated ordering system (drive-thru). Makes the experience so cold and impersonal. And for some people like my wife, very frustrating when ordering for more than one person.

Ordered a blackened chicken sándwich and got a blackened veggie burger. The veggie burger wasn't actually blackened. It was burnt!! Gave 2 stars because milk shake and fries were good. Other than that, would've given 1 star
