I went to try the Hibachi this time and was just amazing . I usually go for Their sushi rolls cause I really love them but this time I wanted to change and I was happily surprised by the taste . I usually come for date night, but I might start to get some take out from now on. Service fantastic as usual , I’m gonna get some more of that hibachi very very soon .

Ate here a while ago, but didn't have the time to post this review until now. Overall, the food was good, but my god, the waitress we had was terrible. Constantly talking with the other waitresses and rolled her eyes at us when we tried to wave her over. She had a nasty tone and gave my husband MAJOR attitude when he asked if he could pay in cash. Apparently, cash payers have to wait because the process is different from card??? We had a prior engagement so we were in a hurry to get out but she took her sweet time cashing our bill in and took forever. Very disappointed, and so rude. We tried asking her for her name but she refused to give it to us... Its been a while so I doubt I would remember but she looked a lot like lady glitter sparkles from my childrens shows. If the hostess tries to assign her to you, refuse.

Worst I’ve ever tried. Don’t think steak is as even real and it was soaked in gravy. Fried rice wasn’t fried. It all tasted like a bad frozen meal.

My Poke bowl was delicious. Service was very very slow. We did not come during a busy time, it was 9pm: We ordered an appetizer and never received it. After finishing our meals, I asked to speak to a manager. The server kept telling us the appetizer just takes longer. At this point we had waited over 30 minutes for it. No manager came by and the staff was all twirling and playing by the computers. I had to get up and ask for napkins and a water after the server walked away with my water and never came back.

The food was horrible. I ordered steak and chicken I have never tasted steak like that; it was like fake processed meat from some unknown animal. The salad was 2 tiny tomatoes with used iceberg lettuce and ginger dressing. How bad was that. The spring rolls were under cooked . However the sauce was good. So disappointed. We waited over 1 hour for bad food. So both the food and service was bad . Why are you still opened .

This is my first time at this restaurant.It took a very long time for our food to get to our table.When we received our food (hibachi chicken and steak), it was cold and very distasteful.The sushi was not good and in HUGE portions.This was a very disappointing experience.

We used to go all the way to Germantown to the Sakura on West St. and we were hoping to have the same standard here. But their service and food is far from their counterpart.

If you have any allergies like my kid has, they won’t accommodate you. Most of the restaurants we go to try their best to accommodate. The server abruptly told us that there’s butter here everywhere and she couldn’t do anything. Didn’t even bother to check with a manager or the chef.Update:Revisited restaurant after corresponding with the owner. Apparently there was a misunderstanding. Think they can accommodate allergies and this wasn’t communicated to staff. Went back tonight and my kid was able to eat some things on the menu. Onnn was able to take care of us. Kudos to the team for accommodating my kid.Dietary restrictions: Kid was able to eat chicken teriyaki. Manager had to make sure there was no contaminants.
