“I went to this location 1/25/24 in the evening, I ordered a salad and chipotle bowl. Unfortunately, they did not have the chipotle bowl but the staff especially the manager was really nice. The tried to find a way to accommodate me for the inconvenience. Very nice staff very good customer service.“
“SHOUT OUT TO ZAXBY'S IN COLLIERVILLE ??????????? I went by yesterday during lunch time to get an order of their delicious veggie egg rolls. I fell in love with these egg rolls when they came with their delicious zensation salad I tried a while back when they first introduced it. I went through drive-thru for the sweet cashier Shanyke P. was so nice and friendly. I love going places and being greeted with a beautiful smile and great customer service. Great hometown bar atmosphere. Our kids will join us during daylight hours and enjoy the food as well. Good place to watch sporting events. “Darryl and his staff are awesome! I got sick at the bar…to the point that I was unresponsive. They went right into action and called 911. Darryl called me the next day to check on me and when I came back with my daughter the food was on the house!!“

“We went to Kami Collierville as a family of four (2 adults, 1 5 year old and 1 2 year old) on a Sunday night. We throughly enjoyed everything we ordered as well as the very attentive service and atmosphere. We had the coconut shrimp and pork gyoza for appetizers. The kids meal was the chicken karaage with fries. We ordered the spicy chicken ramen and they actually split it for us without any issues. The Japanese melon soda was a new experience as well. The waitress helped me open it when I had no idea what to do. I would highly recommend this restaurant as it is family friendly and high quality food. We will definitely be back. Next time I will definitely take pictures!“
