SHOUT OUT TO ZAXBY'S IN COLLIERVILLE ??????????? I went by yesterday during lunch time to get an order of their delicious veggie egg rolls. I fell in love with these egg rolls when they came with their delicious zensation salad I tried a while back when they first introduced it. I went through drive-thru for the sweet cashier Shanyke P. was so nice and friendly. I love going places and being greeted with a beautiful smile and great customer service. Thank you for keeping the Happy in my day going on the first of March.?

Since covid, it's best to go through drive through. The staff is young adults vs seasoned food workers. The salad is filled with luxcious green lettuce, fresh chopped tomatoes, cucumbers, cheese, and prices of fried chicken, with a side of Texas toast. I love the vinaigrette dressing. Zaxby's salads are so good. I gave five stars for great food.

I went through the drive thru and ordered the cheese bites and a large drink. After paying, the girl hands me a drink and says pull up and we'll bring it out. No one was behind me. I waited 10 minutes then backed up to the ask was my order not finished. A man looked for my order which was sitting there ready. He never apologized for my wait. I drove away then preceded to try and snack on my bites . They were burnt, basically hard and not edible. I drove back to the store, went inside and told them to look at them and see that they are burnt. The man tells them to cook more and never said anything to me to apologize or it will only take a few minutes to make more....not a word. After nearly another 10 minutes, he hands me a bag and says nothing!! I said thanks and walked away. After leaving, I tried one of the bites and they were almost as burnt/hard as the first time. So I wasted my money and time and recieved no apology or decent food. I won't be back to this location!!

The food was cold, the funnel cake was disappointing, inedible, and cold. I'm unsure how it was approved for delivery. Additionally, the cake was the size of a computer mouse, yet cost $5.00. Zaxby overpriced and trash. It’s sad when ?️ is cheaper and better. I give them a negative ten out of five. I highly recommend the napkins, good for checking the oil on your car.

Food is always great but when you get an online order and they don’t read it and make a salad wrong i mean come on it’s not that hard is it to read no tomato no toast extra egg and bacon. That mean leave everything else on

Double check your order to make sure that you get the correct amount of sides and the correct sides. Twice I have ordered fries and a large fry and I have gotten cole slaw and fries.Parking: Parking lot needs to be repaired and more spots in the lights that are accessible to the doors instead of parking near the speaker and the dark.

I am utterly appalled at my experience that just occurred.  On 10/19/23 at approximately 5:00pm, I ordered a Cobb salad and was then asked to pull up and wait for my order. I pulled up as requested and waited approximately 5 -7 minutes for them to bring it out.  I drive home and sit down to eat, put dressing on the salad and realize that my salad is wrong.  I then noticed that the lettuce was wilted as well.  I immediately call the store and politely inform them of the mistake because, well mistakes happen. I am put on the telephone with the male manager and tell him what happened.  I told him that I did not wish to drive all the way back to the store, so I was only requesting a refund for the part of my order that was incorrect.  He stated that I would have to return to the store for a refund.  I asked him if it was ok for me to bring it back tomorrow and he said yes and that he could fix the salad then.  I told him no, as it was my dinner now so I would prefer the refund.  He then stated that it was store policy that I would need to bring the salad with me because people accuse them of messing up orders, request a refund and still eat the food.  I replied, I am on my way back right now.  I pull up in the drive through and ask for the manager.  He said it was me you just spoke with.  I hand him the ticket and he says the ticket says you ordered a house salad so the person that took your order must have entered it wrong.  I hand him the salad and as he walks away to toss it in the trash, he says "you ate most of the salad though" and processes the refund.  He hands me the receipt and I said sir "excuse me, I did not eat one bite of that salad".  He said, "well you put the sauce on it".  I said, "I did, because I planned to eat it, until I noticed that it was not what I ordered, how are you going to accuse me of attempting to steal a salad just to inconvenience myself driving back and forth to the store?"  I said, I am amazed about how rude you are when you all made the mistake.  I said, here you go, you can have the drink back as well, because I have no need to attempt to get anything for free without paying for it.  You have offered no apology or anything for the inconvenience.  He took the drink and then replied, "ok, bye" and closed the window.  I am in disbelief at this manager's behavior.  I could have been ok with the mistake although I was annoyed about having to drive back, but the nastiness paired with an accusation of lack of integrity is absolutely unacceptable and uncalled for especially when he tossed the salad directly into the trash can.  I have reported this incident to the corporate office and am awaiting a call back from the franchise owner. Looking at the existing reviews, it seems to me that that the owner, nor leadership has any intention on improving the terrible experience people are having at their store. I will not be returning and you should save yourself the awful experience.

The food and service and cleanliness of the restaurant were fine. The only negative I have is the slick floors. They had a sign out stating the floors were wet, but they felt more like oily than wet. I walk with a cane because of my disability, I was fearful of falling before we got to our table.

Wings are usually pretty good here but they were tough and chewy tonight. Very disappointing since I got two orders to have leftovers. Fries were also soggy and had very little, if any, seasoning on them.

I ordered a salad and a sandwich with two drinks and extra ranch for the salad and they charged me for somebody else’s order and my own so I was like ok not that big of a deal right so I went in and they refunded the order that wasn’t mine but what they didn’t do was inform me it wouldn’t process for about 3 days and while I’m waiting in a spot for them to bring out our food 5 people behind us got there’s and left before we even got ours and when we did get our food 1 drink wasn’t the right size, they left out the extra ranch, and the chicken on my salad wasn’t warm what so ever and while we are waiting on our food there’s a manager and two employees just chillin outside

Manager Shavon Molten is the worst manager I have seen in a long time. They left my fried white cheddar bites out of a previous purchase order 2 days prior. I had the receipt however they would not replace the order. When I asked for a customer service number she plainly said "She can call Jesus she will NOT get a replacement for those bites from here". That is a very unprofessional statement to make to a customer, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and I will be leaving Zaxby's alone for now on. We have Slim Chickens and Guthrie's which are both more customer friendly than Ms. Molten.
