I’ve been in search of a good health food store in the area since moving here and I’ve officially found it! Columbia Health Foods is a hidden gem. They’re very knowledgeable of their products as well as extremely helpful. I’m constantly on the lookout for stores that carry EWG (Environmental Working Group) certified products. They offered brands I haven’t been able to find anywhere else and even offered to order specific products for their store to provide what customers are needing. They have a wide selection of bath/body supplies, supplements, vitamins, teas, probiotics/prebiotics, and even a few grocery/fresh produce items. I was very pleased and can’t wait to visit again!

I was looking for dry mung beans in Columbia. This is where I found them! It's in their bulk dry goods area. They unfortunately do not have sumac, which is understandable. It's not a popular item, nor a common item. They have a good assortment of holistic items and if I need any special supplements I know that this is the place to go to. Overall, I'm pleased to have this store as a resource close to home. I'm never interested in going up to Franklin or Nashville for specialty items. So I greatly appreciate this store. Check it out, it's worth your time!

This is the kind of store that I always stop in and buy something because I don’t want them to ever leave Columbia.Great selection of natural foods and supplements at reasonable prices. Staff is excellent and responsive.I’m just sad it took me so long to come in and start shopping.So be like us, stop in and buy something to support this local business.

I love this store. They have a large selection of bulk foods available. Their supplement aisles are well stocked and reasonably priced. I've been her 4 times now and have always found what I'm looking for. I love supporting small business. The customer service is as good as it gets!

This store is not open on Saturday's like it says on Google maps and their website. Drove down from Spring Hill just to try them out. Only open Monday thru Friday. Will try them out next week and will update this review. Update: the owner responded and that means a lot. Looking forward to going down today or tomorrow and will update again. Update : Made it down to the store today. Very nice and the person working was very helpful and nice! Found everything I was looking for.
