First let me say I love the pizza here! We moved from Iowa to Columbia a little over a year ago and think their pizza is the best in town. It is a 5 rating; made fresh in front of you with all toppings of your choice & served hot within minutes. We started coming very regularly so I signed up for their rewards program with the promise of qualifying for free pizza along the way. A couple months ago I was told my next visit would get me over the free pizza threshold. Unfortunately they got a new accounting system & they needed to figure out how to transfer the reward points I already earned. It was a manual process but they assured me I had not lost my points and that going forward they would credit my purchases in the new system. Well, after another 3 or 4 visits I was told they still had not transferred the points yet. The "office" had been really busy thru year end. My visits on the new system showed I would get my free pizza on the next visit. That was this past Saturday. I was told with little empathy that they decided to do away with the rewards program & I was just "SOL." I know many will say just put your big boy pants on and get over it, it's a couple of free pizzas. I really feel devalued by the treatment given me and have decided to take a break from Red 7 and I will stop recommending them to my sphere of influence. They probably could care less but at some point I will come back and I need to get this off my chest. It's unfortunately how too many businesses treat loyal customers now adays. You folks can and should do better!

Yummy hot and cheesy pizza made while you wait. Honestly it takes about 7 minutes and you can pick and choose your toppings! It's de-lish!! Wonderful atmosphere to eat and hang out and the staff is amazing and friendly??Parking: There's more parking on the side and the back of the buildingWheelchair accessibility: Yes, ramp

Yeah, not the greatest. Our group wanted it to be. Service was not fun. They just complained. Not sure if it was a staffing issue or not but it played into the otherwise lame experience.The pizza could have been good. If it was cooked well. Nobody seemed to care. So we don't care to comeback.
