I gave it a 3 because I have had good service and drinks here before. But today I ordered a venti iced shaken espresso and when they handed it to me it was filled more like a grande size in a venti cup. I'm not a complainer but it's a $7 drink so I told her it was alittle low and all she said to me was "I didn't make it". I had already paid before being handed the drink and she clearly didn't care so I just took it and left but that response was very bad customer service and disappointing....read full review
