Took the time to put order in on app. The order went through, showed up to restaurant, pulled up app, got notification that order didn’t go through. The money came out of account and got put back in. Here is the kicker, on the app, I applied a BOGO through app, showed cashier that order went through and how it came back. Begged him to please honor BOGO. He said sorry it’s only for online orders. I know but I showed where it went through and system spit it back. I did everything right but system didn’t take it. Please honor order. Nothing I can do. It was $7 savings for us. My family spent $50. Very disappointed. Customer service out the window.

I got a ft long spicy Italian, it was the worst sub ever it only had pep and salami for meat and it was paper thin. I will never go back there again I got home and laughed and just said to myself.

This was the best subway in Columbia.Now, the sandwiches have less meat on them than advertised. The help is super stingy with the vegetables, even with what they call extra, which is still less what you get elsewhere. They also seem to have issues listening. If a customer asks for vinegar, and you grab mayo... perhaps this kind of job is a bad choice for you. This new staff sucks. Bring back the ladies who really took care of the customers!

Ordered a 6” roast beef. Staff was friendly but my sandwich literally had 2 paper thin slices of meat. Loaded with lettuce, tomatoes and cheese. No wonder you lose weight eating subway. Last time I waist my money there.

Old bread, hard to eat. Old cookies. Coke machine does all of the flavors, and the Coke doesn't taste like coke, it was bitter. The guy that made my sandwich stopped in the middle to ring someone else up and used the plastic glove he was making my sandwich with to touch the checkout, a bag of chips and her bag and then went back to making my sandwich without changing gloves. I had already stopped eating out at every fast food place except Subway and now I'm done with them as well.

The owners are very rude. They changed their hours & started opening at 8 a.m. instead of 9. The wife gets there late so she never have the door opened at 8. When I said something about it she gave me attitude & said that she doesn’t care if people complain. I am a paying customer so she doesn’t care about my concerns?. She drives the dark grey Tesla that’s always parked on the side of the building. I say we STOP giving them our business & they may think about humbling down!!!!!
