Took the time to put order in on app. The order went through, showed up to restaurant, pulled up app, got notification that order didn’t go through. The money came out of account and got put back in. Here is the kicker, on the app, I applied a BOGO through app, showed cashier that order went through and how it came back. Begged him to please honor BOGO. He said sorry it’s only for online orders. I love subway and have been going to the same one forever. We went last week and it was awful first when they toasted it came out way to crispy. My friend got the roast beef there were 2 slices that was it. All he gets is meat pickles cheese and mustard it was pitiful.

I stopped in on a whim after another restaurant goofed with my money on a mobile order. It was surprisingly... hospitable? The ladies working tonight seem very friendly and accommodating. I barely stop by Subway, but I might reconsider that after this visit.
