It's just a typical waffle house. Nothing bad and nothing good. Cheap food fast. Service is usually hit or miss depending on who is there and whether they actually want to work or not.

A health inspector was in there, so they were pretty hectic. Food was lined across the counter. The manager took some of my scrambled eggs and put them in my friend's chicken hash brown bowl even though the cook said it wasn't ready. Our waitress was really friendly though and gave me free milk several times because of our wait. It just wasn't the typical waffle House vibe with jukebox playing or calling out orders in an organized way like they usually do.

If you know waffle house, you know the environment, food & service are all OK. Could be better, could be worse. It sucks they don't cook the chocolate chips inside the waffle anymore. Also the jukebox was down, which was a huge disappointment to me.Vegetarian options: It's a waffle house, so waffles are vegetarian. They also have hashbrowns, breads & salads. I'm not sure if eggs are vegetarian, but they've got them.Parking: Small a** parking lot that's hard to get into due to location & traffic flow.Kid-friendliness: Super kid friendly seating & menu, when the jukebox works it creates a more fun experience for the kidsWheelchair accessibility: There's no handicap spots next to the sidewalk entrance due to the small parking lot & bad location. But the sidewalk has the little dip/ramp so wheelchairs can get in with ease?

Awful experience. The only tables that weren’t full of dirty dishes were the 3 tables, including the counter, that had people at them. I cleaned a table myself and after the employees continually passed by I finally asked if we could get our order taken. When the waitress came out, it was to say that she “would get ours and the 70 other people with them”. We were a party of 5, 2 of which were babies. After the rude comments and lack of acknowledgement we left. If you don’t want to work at the Waffle House, don’t work there.

My husband and I usually go after he gets off work 1 am and food at this time declines they just don't cook it right.They really don't care, they stop being professional the staff vapes inside while cooking your food or serving you even though it's suppose to be a smoke free environment.

Waited 15 mins to place order, server asked what I wanted to drink and went to another customer, waited another 15 min for sweet tea.only had 11 customers in restaurant . Waffle was cold.stood at station and talked.Melissa only took her job seriously. Cooks no hair nets....only 9:30 in the morn.

Recently remodeled this location. We have been going here since it opened. Had a great experience. The staff are always friendly and the service is good. We especially enjoy having Jason as a server. He works hard to please his customers.

My mom and I ate here after being in the ER all morning the weekend of Christmas. Everyone was so sweet, kind and the food was delicious.

Sucked totally . We waited ten minutes with open booths that was not cleared. Finally got sat. Ordered a sprite and a coffee. Got the sprite and asked to order . The waitress took our order. Sat there for ten more minutes, another waitress asked us what we needed. I politely told her we was waiting on my wife's coffee and our food. She said ok and walked off. Couple minutes later our original waitress brought my wife's coffee and so did the 2 nd waitress brought 2 more. Lol. We sit and wait another 10 -15 minutes later. I then see two different tables of customers get their food that was seated 10 and 20 mins after us. Pissed me off. as we had now waited 35-40 min. I stand up and ask the original waitress if our order was in. She replied no lol. She must of forgot I guess just like my wife's coffee. F..k WAFFLE HOUSE. There was 3 people cooking. Really dysfunctional at that. They was swapping back and forth . Something like get its my turn to cook hashbrowns. And one doing meat and one doing eggs . Then I look and they was all over the place back and forth. Not a system at all . The one that was supposed to be the main cook was lost and wondering around . There was not a leader. 1 waitress talking and not busting the tables. . Ours that was all over doing dishes and putting other orders through. But ours was never even put in. Can't say I'll ever try the one on south James Campbell again honestly. After the remodel that place has gone down hill.
