My food at this location is consistently fresh & good! I’ve been a Zaxby’s fan prior to moving to Tennessee, but this Columbia location is hands down the best Zaxby's I’ve had!!!!! I typically order either chicken fingerz (of course) or buffalo garlic wings! This location’s chocolate chip cookies are what cookie dreams are made of lol!! THANK YOU to the entire team❣️

Love coming here because the food is delicious but does Kaylee hate her job? I’m not one to leave reviews but I came here today with my friend around 1:15 and she was working front counter. She has the personality of a rock. Hateful look on her face, gave me an opened ranch packet so when I asked for another she gave me attitude. Not sure if she was having a bad day or what but definitely not a people person apparently

Just went for some wings and things and the fries were raw still cold from being frozen, the tenders were over cooked and asked for extra sauce on wings and they were dry! We love zaxbys but if this continues we’ll have to give up on it. Horrible, horrible!!!

I got there at 10:30am. Me and another lady stood outside the door waiting for about 10mins past opening time. This amount of time would have given the chicken enough time to lose its freshness. Everyone I encountered were very nice and polite.Wheelchair accessibility: There is handicap parking and wheelchair accessible.

I order the house grilled chicken salad with no cucumbers. For some reason my order kept getting mixed up with another customer's order even though I was order #14. I don't know how long I waited but I do know order 23 was called while I was still waiting and they weren't that busy.
