“April was fantastic! I mentioned my Mom’s dairy allergy when ordering and she made sure the kitchen staff was aware and changed gloves before preparing her salad. Good customer service is a true skill you don’t see very often, especially in fast food. I was extremely impressed!!!“
“I had the shrimp, Cajun fries, and coleslaw, with sweet iced tea for my beverage. All were excellent, as usual. I love the spicy chicken but the shrimp is great , as well.This trip, I had less than stellar service. I placed my order through the app when I had finished my errands in town and was around 3 miles away. I arrived around 15-20 minutes later, and not only was my order not ready, but they had to find the order because, it wasn't seen by the staff. Once it was found, it took forever to fulfill. Also, a homeless man ,who was outside when I arrived, decided to come in and start cursing and getting loud, as well as getting aggressive with staff and demanding free food. He was told he needed to leave, but persisted with his behavior. He was told that police were being called, and eventually left. This delayed my order even further.Extra food was added to my order as an apology. Altogether, around 30 minutes later I left with my purchase. This location needs better organisation.One last comment: Popeye's seems to be getting stingy with the spicy seasonings in the spicy option chicken, and shrimp in recent times.Parking: Smaller, tight parking lot.“
“A very sweet lady, Angel, was working the front counter again today. She was also there last week when I'd stopped in between my two jobs. I'd gotten some worrisome news about a close family member's health that day. Needless to say, I'd come in all kinds of stressed out, states away from my family member. But Angel! ... she was just 100% sweet & nice as can be. Sometimes it's the small things that can make or break our days ... It was great to see her again today! She was just as sweet as can be again today!Btw, my family member is recovering & will be fine. And, Angel had no idea how stressed I was or what was going on, but she was just so very sweet & kind that day AND today, too!“
“IF they make the chicken and fries fresh then they can't be beat. I eat here often and hope one day they build one in Livingston. Most of the time the chicken and fries are fresh, but a few times got soggy fries and leather chicken. The kitchen just did not want to toss the out of timed stuff. But I gave the food 4 stars instead of 5 because it sometimes happens they serve timed out food. But worth the gamble.“
“Ordered take out so we could sit at a park on this gorgeous day! Perfect lunch for the park. Not a huge fan of chicken salad but I loved the chicken salad I chose. All meals come with a pickle, side and cookie. The broccoli salad is to die for!“
