I visited your location in Coolville TN on Jan 15, 2024. I had the pleasure of interacting with Ben Johnson. This was one of the best interactions I have ha d with an owner. Ben was super outgoing and very eager to please us, the customer. I have seen some reviews on Google that complained about the cleanliness of the restaurant and unfortunately, on a previous visit, I did experience a less than desirable cleanliness, but it was clear that it was the employees who did not care. I mentioned this to Ben and it was very obvious that hearing this concerned Ben greatly. On this visit, the restaurant was spotless and the food was the best I have ever had at a CICIs. Ben really did such an impressive job. I almost did not return because of my first experience but because of this latest visit and meeting Ben, I am definitely a customer while Ben owns it. Great experience!!!!

Took my family of 6 here on a Sunday at 2 pm. The young gal that took our money was rude and stared us down like we were stealing something, sooo much she walked into the wall. She was probably upset we asked her to wipe our table off or even walked in the door. She didn't act like she like her job or wanted to work at all. Restaurant was less than half full and the bar was completely empty. No ice in the soda machine. Several dirty tables throughout. Is it normally like this? Never been to a Cici's this bad!! Not sure if I would go back.?

This place is filthy. A huge three inch dark colored hair was laying in the Alfredo sauce. All of the pizza was old. Dirt everywhere. Would stay away.

it's not often busy when me and my friends decide to have pizza (everytime we hangout) and often there are very few people working there. they're always very kind, especially the manager. everytime someone comes in, he asks if they want something specific and he'll work on it right away.For a buffet restaurant it's pretty clean! I remember the one in murfreesboro being very, very filthy. I'm glad to see this one running beautifully. this is essential where my and my friends always start our day when we meet up.
