I’m honestly not a Quiznos fan. I’ve never cared for their bread, I’m not big on toasted sandwiches and their topping selection is generally weak.Recently I stopped at this Quiznos out of sheer desperation. I had limited time to eat and I just wanted a veggie sandwich. Jimmy Johns was closed and Jersey Mikes is remodeling. I didn’t have time to find a real deli, so I reluctantly pulled into this Quiznos.I’m giving this place 4 stars only because the kid who worked there was also a vegetarian and hooked me up with his custom veggie sandwich that he makes for himself. It was really cool of him to do that. Customer service goes a long long way.I honestly wasn’t a huge fan of the sandwich, for the same reasons I posted above, but because he was a good kid, they are getting 4. If not for him, I would have gave this place 2 stars. It was pretty filthy in there and the bathroom was closed, on top of the “meh” food. But like I said, great customer service.

I'm from Murfreesboro and everytime I come out here for quiznos something is always going on. I call and never can get anyone to answer the phone!!! I come to cookville at least once a week and almost every time out of a month yall might be open one of those days and I've tried multiple different times and days. One time the chicken was still frozen, oven was broken, closes for cleaning, won't answer the phone or when you say open online, it's closed inside! This is poor customer service any way you look at it!!!! You would think that since there isn't many open, that you would take pride in this bc people come from different places to get a quiznos sub.

I LOVE Quiznos. And was excited to see it come back to Cookeville. But for the last 6 months they have been going down hill. They are often out of ingredients and are always understaffed. Today we had to wait almost an hour to order. The poor kid was flying, but he was the only one there. They were out of Chips, bowls, a couple of the drink flavors, and two of the ingredients in my sandwich. I've also noticed that it's not as clean as it use to be.

Most horrible experience I've had in a while. One person operating the place and he was facetiming with his phone propped up on the food prep table the entire we were there. He acted as if we were a leaking faucet he would eventually have to deal with and the food he was already making for the couple waiting was a coloring book he could pick up and put down in between interesting parts of his conversation. I was ready to leave immediately but was hungry so decided to wait and see. After 10 min of this he attemped to take our order but was out of meat. How do you run a Quiznos and be out of meat? Needless to say I will never return here and warn all that asks.

Quiznos does not get the attention it needs because it's a bit hidden, but it is fantastic! The layout is really neat, with a rooftop deck and some outdoor seating, but I have to say the customer service is really excellent. Used Quiznos recently for a catering order and was really, really pleased. Will definitely be back!

First time I came to this location the chicken was still frozen (they said it was still thawing out), which is terrible planning since I came at 11:30 am which I didn't think was early. Anyways, on to the second time I came in....as I approached the counter the worker was on their phone and didn't acknowledge me for a good 10-15 seconds which is rude but whatever. Then they told me they were out of chicken. Guess I can't win here. On a plus side the outdoor dining area looks nice.

Horrible service. I came in at 5:50 and the young man informed me that he could not make my food because they closed at 6. I told him that it was still 10 minutes until 6 and therefore they were still open for business. He claimed they were out of steak, but it sounded more like he just didn't feel like serving me because he had closed everything down sooner than he should have.

My family is traveling and we needed to stop for lunch and a bathroom break at the same time. We stopped here and thought the bathrooms were occupied. We ordered and paid only to find out the bathrooms were out of order and the one down stairs was for private use. We then tried to cancel our order to be told no. They hadn't even left the register to make our lunch yet. They should've at least put a sign up saying the bathrooms were not working. We had to drive across the street to use the R.R. and back to pick up our food in the rain across a really busy road. It was really a hassel. Edit to add. They did not have any soup and the soda was flat. BUT I have to say even though we had to eat in the car because of said bathroom issue (I waited for the food while my family went to find a R.R. but then I needed to use the bathroom) we left to find a r.r. for me and ate in the car. Anyway, sandwiches were pretty tasty.

I rarely leave bad reviews, but I am so horribly bummed about both a messed up order and lack of customer service, I feel like I have to share. After driving 30 minutes out of the way to get a sub (because Quiznos was one of my first jobs growing up and I have always loved their subs), I ordered a large Black Angus and a large Mesquite Chicken - both with rosemary bread and both with added mayo, but otherwise made the way they've been made for over 20 years now. When I got back to my car and got back on the road, we unwrapped them to find that BOTH were jacked up and made incorrectly with zesty grill sauce and mushrooms on the Mesquite Chicken and Ranch on the Black Angus.I tried to give the guy working benefit of the doubt, so I called and let him know about the mistake made, asking that he simply make correct subs for me to swing by and swap out the incorrectly made subs for in an hour from then, when I could travel back through. He apologized, said he was new and the woman that owned the store lived too far away to train him, and said he would have them made and ready. An hour later, I walk in to subs NOT ready as promised, but being told I had to wait behind 2 other families (which wouldn't have been as big of a deal if it didn't take the kid upwards of 10 to 15 min per sandwich to make an order) before I got the subs I had paid for an hour prior!Quiznos, y'all have been struggling way too long to have stores operating like this. What a shame. ?

It's Quiznos, nothing else need be said about that. The service now that could use some work. We waited on someone to come back from break or something because there was nobody in the store to serve us. But once she did she was apologetic and friendly.

TERRIBLE! placed online order at 623 pm. after we entered payment it pops up it will be available the NEXT DAY.. I called 12 times to tell them we wanted the ordered tonight not the next , they never answered the phone. VERY DISAPPOINTED! how can you take an order but not fulfill it? how are you open for OVER 2 more hours but not answer. lesson learned and won't be trying them again. I understand the food industry is tough, but you have to at least TRY...

Couldn't believe they was still open for business, all other locations are permanently closed unfortunately. Food was delicious! Clean restaurant, friendly staff! Definitely coming back!

I love the roof top dining but it's been so hot outside we just took the food home to eat.

I am very sorry I came in 17 minutes before he closed. I would not do that but it took him at least 40 minutes for 3 sandwiches. which he burnt my sons bread. so Jimmy John's here we come.
