“I was having THE WORST day on 2/22 and I stopped here to pick up a bundtlet. The customer service was AMAZING. I walked in with cashier, Lisa, greeting me with a big smile and the manager, Alina, was so helpful. Both of their positive attitudes and kindness made me feel so much better. A little thing can help improve someone's day and they definitely made my day. Working in customer service myself, I like to acknowledge when I get great service so I hope the management teams sees this because those two were simply amazing.“

“Ultimately the food was good and satisfying. The burger was particularly substantial and came with a nice helping of yummy curly fries. The Reuben was slightly less substantial but what it lacked in size was made up for in taste. The tasty corned beef, sauerkraut, and sauce was on a soft marble rye, beautiful blending of flavors. However, until I ordered and ate, the whole experience was a little frustrating. We are traveling and like to support kosher establishments. We did the research, seemed like they were open, we tried calling to confirm without any luck.... We even left multiple messages, as advised on their outgoing message. So when we arrived I saw the restaurant, knocked on the door, saw someone inside that I believe saw me, but still no luck. I joined the relatively long line of folks at the reception desk where I was told to just knock on the door of the restaurant. The receptionist called to the restaurant to tell them I was there. Then I placed my order with a nice person and the good food came out quickly. It's only take out which is fine. Too bad the process was so frustrating.“
“I ordered a Lemon cake for my wife’s birthday. The cake was beautifully decorated and everyone said it was the best cake they had ever eaten. It made me a hero with my wife, too. The cake was light like Angel Food and moist like pudding. The buttercream icing was perfection. This will be the only bakery I will use from now on. BTW, the Mexican sweet bread is excellent too.“
“I stopped after work (RN) yesterday to buy groceries. It was raining when I left the store. A lovely young employee saw me struggling with my cart, umbrella, and the bag of cat food that had fallen from beneath my cart. He said, Ma’am, let me help you!” He walked me to the car and help me unload all of the large items into my trunk. It meant a lot that he offered to help without me asking, especially with all the rain.“
“We were at Orale very briefly to pick up dinner for my brother who had emergency surgery. We came from out of town for the surgery & didn’t know where to eat. We googled places to eat & came across Orale. As soon as we walked in, the staff was wonderful. The lady who took our order was beyond wonderful! She was so patient, kind, and informative. Joel, the gentleman, who checked us out was extremely nice, helpful, and genuine. He talked to us about his car accident where he broke his neck, back, and skull. He even asked me take my brother a piece of cake to brighten up his day. He talked to us for a while and told us he would be praying for him and that he was glad he was okay. The hospitality and overall experience was like no other. We will be back next time we are in the area again. GO SEE THEM!! The food was authentic and DELICIOUS!!!“
