“I was having THE WORST day on 2/22 and I stopped here to pick up a bundtlet. The customer service was AMAZING. I walked in with cashier, Lisa, greeting me with a big smile and the manager, Alina, was so helpful. Both of their positive attitudes and kindness made me feel so much better. A little thing can help improve someone's day and they definitely made my day. Working in customer service myself, I like to acknowledge when I get great service so I hope the management teams sees this because those two were simply amazing.“

“Got my graduation and birthday cake from here and let me just say…. SUPERB, AMAZING, CAKE WAS JUST EVERYTHING GOOD! I will NEVER shop anywhere else for a cake! It’s pretty and I started eating it a day before my birthday. Plus I ordered it a day before my birthday and it was not rushed, it felt like I put this order in months in advance!“
“I've been going to this place for years. It's expensive, but since Muddy's moved, it's my go-to for baked goods. I almost always pop in during the fall for their pumpkin seasonal items. My sweet tooth kicks in during the gray and gloomy days of Memphis winters. The cream cheese frosting on the cupcakes is so good! The cupcakes are always moist. I do wish it had some cream cheese tucked inside of it though, and not just on top. That is the ultimate! The ooey gooey bars are just too sweet for me, but if you can handle rich and sweet, you'll love any of the ooey gooey. (The pumpkin one is delicious, but it's just too rich for me.) I almost always get a red velvet cupcake. Yum. This week I got a chocolate one, too, and while it was delicious, the red velvet is still my favorite. I haven't had a cookie from them, so maybe I'll try that next time. The service is always friendly and helpful, and Ian, the person who rang me up this week, asked if I wanted to use any of my points. I didn't know that I had enough, and I was able to get $2 off my two cupcakes. Thank you, Ian! You're the first person there to let me know I had enough points for a discount! Be sure to participate in their awards program if you frequent them.“
“I'd placed an order with another company prior to Valentine's Day and they misplaced my order. I was able to walk into this location to TONS of premade towers and balloons. Multiple teammates were working the front counter, greeting customer as soon as they entered the store. Kudos to this location! They definitely hit the mark.“
“They are AMAZING! I had to order a last minute, literary the next day custom cake (DON'T DO THAT, IT WAS QUITE RUDE) and they did it and everyone thought it was beautiful and tasted amazing. I was out of the country and had to communicate by email and they delivered on what I wanted. Will definitely use them in the future. ( and order at least 2 weeks in advance of course)“

“I ordered some of the girlscout cookies while hanging out in a live on tiktok. I was a girlscout and i had always followed the owners page and story and I finally decided to order. They took a few days to get here and when I opened them I felt an overwhelming feeling of “I am so PROUD of her” I have only tried the funfetti one which was very soft and has A LOT of sprinkles haha. I then tried the chocolate mint but it wasn’t bad, I just think it would be better if you get them fresh from the store! But for a shipped cookie it was way better than you’d expect, it might be good heated up or mixed with ice cream! The flavor was good, so close to those thin mints I remember from childhood. I still have two flavors to try but I can’t be a Cookie Monster so I put them in the freezer and I have no doubts that they won’t be as delicious and fun as the first two were (I think it’s going to last me a month these cookies are HUGE! So totally worth the cost.) I feel lucky I finally came full circle watching you in your days when your mom was still here and then all of the ups and downs leading to this moment brought a tear to my eyes that you did it and you’re doing so so well my love. “The owner was so sweet and friendly. We felt welcomed from the beginning. It’s great to find a go-to pie place. We tried the wedding cake, red velvet, and strawberry lemonade cupcakes, all were delicious. On the pie front, we tried the pecan and SYM chocolate pie. Both pieces were tasty! We can see why they have award winning pie.“
