“My family and I are new to the area as we recently bought a house this area and cooking has been the last thing on my mind. Came by on Friday and boy did everyone else have the same thing in mind! We ordered a family meal and thought it would be too much, but boy was I wrong. We sat in the lobby and waited on our food, saw what I'm assuming to be managers interacting with the young lady's which made my heart happy, because most days managers just sit back and bark orders. And overall there seemed to be a great level of respect on all ends which is so refreshing.All in all the food was absolutely divine, my family asked for it again on Sunday which I obliged and whipped in and picked up yet another family meal and my husband asked for it again on today lol.You all have a definite winner with the Battle family that's for sure.“

“The food is good, they need a better selection on sides. The beans taste just like they were poured out of the can ans someone added some ketchup. The Mac and cheese is underwhelming. The atmosphere is loud more of a bar setting with lots if noise and t.vs. Some of the wait staff are friendly but not all of them. The good thing about it is the Chicken is delicious.“
“They still have it going on here at Gus's on Mendenhall! As I entered, I was promptly greeted by the staff and seated immediately. Once seated, my server Ariel, brought my beverage quickly and took my order. She also notified me about the special they had going on, which I thought was nice if I wanted to get the biggest bang for my buck. The food was excellent as usual and came out quickly. During my dining experience, Ariel checked on me multiple times and offered desert once I was done. I swear this lady has to get about 100k steps a day because she had multiple tables and I watched her take care of all of them. Gus is lucky I live in Atlanta, or I would be trying to steal their employee for my establishment.“

“We had a great time celebrating my son's birthday. Our server Julie was awesome! We enjoyed watching the game while we ate. Our server reminded us of the free refills on beverages. It was raining so wet floor signs were out. The building was clean. I will be back.“

However, despite its small size it was nice instead and super clean.Food Quality: 10/10I got the righteous chicken biscuit and the chicken and grits box. They were both absolutely delicious! The wife got the bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit and loved it as well.Service: 10/10It's mostly self service, but the staff was asking if we needed anything and were pretty friendly.Overall if you are looking for a quick breakfast this is a good choice. “Jacob S. is an asset to Slim Chickens. It’s the little things that get noticed. He was very kind. Asked if my wife would want a water when she didn’t order a drink and the rest of us did. Noticed that we had a baby and asked if we wanted a spoon to share with her. Very small things but things like that are what make happy customers. He also cleaned off our table promptly and made sure to get my mother a box for her food when he noticed she hadn’t finished. Keep up the great work Jacob. At any rate, we go inside and there at THREE people dining in and no other customers at the counter to order or pick up.At this point you should see the problem.So, we go to the counter to place our dine in order but are instantly skipped because a door dasher walked in BEHIND us and got served first.At this point you should see another problem.Point being is that the dine in experience is GONE. No parking. No service. It's all about the to go orders. The dine in patrons are neglected. CFA, decide what you're going to do.Features: Covid is fake.“
“Excellent food and service. I like the Fancy Nancy. The little cookie is delicious. The food is brought to your table. Also, I heard their pimento cheese is ver good even though I have not tried it. Chicken Salad Chick had two locations. One in East Memphis and the other one close to Lakeland. Also their grape salad is very good and refreshing. I like that the store is closed on Sunday. My daughter buys a lot from Chicken Salad Chick. She does get an offer for a free container“

“This time of year every year I travel to Memphis. I eat almost entirely Piccadilly during my stay. I've been here 4 times a week for the last few weeks and the food is spot on. They cook a little low sodium, which most places do now, but salt is on the table.From the first time I walked in until present the atmosphere and the staff were all like being around kin folk. They are super nice and do take a liberty of talking to you and treating you like your at a family get together instead of a restaurant.The dinning area is old and somewhat worn but Clean. I've never been in their restroom so cannot comment. I always feel comfortable and safe when I'm there, relaxed. Even the customers nod and say hi like they all know me, which they don't but the whole place is really homey.“

She was very helpful and informative in suggestions to make sure we had the full experience and everything was perfect for the number of people that needed to be feed. The food was fresh and taste great. The restaurant was clean even the restroom ? which was a plus. It's a drive for me but I'm willing to make it. This is similar the Raising Cane's. It definitely satisfied and hit the spot. Night shift thank you for the excellent food and service.“
