“The lady that waited on us was super friendly, and our order was correct and very yummy. There was one employee telling another employee that she had to wear a hat, which was confusing because no one had hats on. Either way, we enjoyed our visit and our drinks.“
“This is my favorite Starbucks in the Memphis metro. Main reason is the covered outdoor seating area. Even on a warm or rainy day I can still sit outside with power and internet while enjoying a moderately expensive beverage. Obviously I'm a big fan of fresh air. You can go sit inside for a drink at almost any Starbucks or other coffee shop. And if you really want to cook in the Memphis sun, there are outside patio seats with umbrellas too.“
“Normally i have a great experience. I was very disappointed with this trip due to not being served. I spoke to the barista when I walked up to the counter, she didn't say anything. I then spoke louder and stood at the register for a couple of minutes. She never acknowledged me at all, I left the store without getting anything.“
