Even with a line wrapped around the building, the three young ladies working had smiles on their faces and great attitudes when I came inside. When I expressed concern that it was too busy, they told me their manager was on their way to help which sounds like great leadership! All in all a very good experience with some great Starbucks brand ambassadors!“

“It is nice to have a Starbucks in the grocery store. It makes the shopping experience better with a caffeinated beverage in hand. The service here is a mixed bag, but for the most part I get my beverages in a timely manner and can usually get the barista to smile. I don't imagine this job is easy.“

“I've dropped in here several times over the past many years. The service here has always been consistently competent, and occasionally slow. I've had better results by avoiding the drive through. Simply parking and then walking into the shop seems to be much faster, sometimes.This shop is located just east of the main thoroughfare. Therefore, it's especially convenient for northbound traffic on Germantown Parkway. Otherwise, there's a potentially very long traffic light wait, if going southbound.“

Upon entering, there was only one person in line. I haven't had a frappe in over a year so I was surprised to see the limited menu options. I chose the grande Caramel ribbon crunch Frappuccino blended. It's listed as: Buttery caramel syrup blended with coffee, milk and ice, then topped with a layer of dark caramel sauce, whipped cream, caramel drizzle and a crunchy caramel-sugar topping. The barista was very sweet and took my order quickly. I was very happy with the selection.“

“It’s becoming a problem now. It’s like they are not valuing their customers… I’ve been a loyal customer for a while now. And now it’s like they don’t want to be there. I gets a caramel macchiato every time I go to Starbucks. This is my favorite drink! Now it’s becoming my worst drink. I asked for specific things. When I get my drink it’s taste nothing like I asked. I don’t understand how hard it is to fixed a caramel macchiato with extra caramel and extra vanilla with whole milk. Drink taste just like water! I usually give a good comment about how good they be fixing my drinks. Now I’m at a point where I just want to leave as much of a bad review on the services now. I was already excited about the caramel Brule latte wit a xtra shot of expresso but 2 see all merch was 50%off made my day. And I received wonderful customer service. It was busy per usual. Ordered it on the app and they said the had it. Go there and they say that they don’t have it right now and that I can get something else. Went the Tuesday again and ordered it on the app said they had it, same thing happened again they told me they were out and could replace it. “Whoever the black guy is with cornrows going straight back with gold cuffs who was working Monday May 29th (Memorial Day) at 4:35PM deserves a raise. My boyfriend and I went there for our annual cold refresher and they were out of lemonade for my strawberry açai-- he made a great substitution choice for apple juice instead of lemonade and it was fantastic. We had great conversation about NBA game 7 and even gave great recommendations for where we could watch the game. Don't know his name, but he should know who he is. Absolutely loved him.“

I didn't have an interaction with the staff since I was in and out. The store is on my route to work, so as long as I can get what I want, it's all good.“
