Tried to order food through the drive through around 11pm.( they do not close until 12am) no know answered drive to the window still no response. Saw employees on their phones and then they turned the lights
the crew is all on their phones, just standing around. No gloves in sight. Nobody is doing anything. Team member had an unwelcoming attitude about her when I asked about my food. And they didn’t even give me a patty for my burger. Overall not that great wouldn’t recommend ?

I want to patronize this store since it's new and in the neighborhood but the poor experience is hard to get past. Very slow and inaccurate service on multiple occasions. I was hoping it would be a better option than having to drive 10 minutes to the next store to get the same food. But slow service AND not being correct when received multiple times quickly turns me away.
