I want to patronize this store since it's new and in the neighborhood but the poor experience is hard to get past. Very slow and inaccurate service on multiple occasions. I was hoping it would be a better option than having to drive 10 minutes to the next store to get the same food. But slow service AND not being correct when received multiple times quickly turns me away. This store has great opportunities to be good since it's newer and close, but it's really losing out on proving that it can be worth patronizing. I hope management can turn things around soon.

the crew is all on their phones, just standing around. No gloves in sight. Nobody is doing anything. Team member had an unwelcoming attitude about her when I asked about my food. And they didn’t even give me a patty for my burger. Overall not that great wouldn’t recommend ?

Worst Wendy's around You'd expect better from new restaurants but they all seem to be crappy in the first year of being open. Anyways I got here at 11:40 pm on a Thursday night to pick up a doordash that literally included 3 drinks, after waiting about 5 minutes (combined) at the speaker and window I honked to get an employees attention. She opened the window and yelled "WE CLOSED" lol. I was in shock because they close at 12 but she was very adamant on being CLOSED, even after I showed her the order was only drinks. I hope the young lady knows that there's more to life to being another rude fast food employee!

If they're staffed it's great. But most of the time, they aren't staffed. You can only get decent service in the drive through - if you go inside and order, you'll have to ask for your food after about 15 minutes and then maybe they'll start making it.The people they have seem great, but they're new and young and can't handle being understaffed. Management needs to hire people.
This place keeps missing the mark. Was excited about Wendy's coming only for it to be one of the closet locations and they can't meet Simple expectations. We just want fresh hot food. I've had to return food several times.

Ordered 2 $6 biggie bags for my kids and a baconator double...... maybe they were busy and forgot. Got home and noticed my entire baconator order was missing besides the drink. I did back up there and the guy waves me forward and explaina SORRY BRO I JUST GOT ON AND DIDN'T NOTICE THE BACONATOR COMBO. I PUT AN EXTRA FRY JUST FOR YOUR TROUBLE OK COOL. I pull around the corner..... not only was the combo WRONG but the extra FRY he claimed was in there WRONG! baconator was a spicy chicken sandwich and the regular nuggets were spicy. Kids couldn't eat them because they were SPICY. Incompetent IDIOTS!!!!! Never have I ever gave such a bad review but twice you failed. Then you give my kids spicy nuggets instead of regular. Sucked but cool I refuse to ever go back to these idiots!

This place really needs to work out the kinks. The first time I went there was food missing.Today we waited in the drive through line and it didn't move. I tried to go inside and the door was locked. The young man working said there had been a fight. He said to go through the drive through. But that line still didn't move. We went somewhere else.
