First time visit and was greeted upon entering, very pleased with service and food. Food was ready in minutes. The steak and cheese hit the spot while we were passing through the area during the snow and cold a few days ago. Would return. Overall a nice meal and visit.
The people were pleasant at this establishment. The place seemed a little dirty. We ordered 3 different 12" subs. My sister's roast beef sandwich had so much mayo on it that it was inedible. We ordered them to go and was down the road a ways.

Service was good, order was taken quickly and made quickly despite being pretty busy. My complaint would be that on my $10 hook and ladder sub there was one slice of ham and one slice of turkey. I go to the one in Dayton OFTEN and have never had a sandwich like this, and I always order the same thing. I realize this likely isn't the employees doing, but whoever owns this needs to reevaluate.
