“Seems like the front of house staff doesnt enjoy working. Specifically talking about the people who take the orders. There is a negative attitude about a few of them and it's very obvious. They seem happy to have people leave and say the wait will be over an hour when the wait is only max 30 minutes just to see people leave. It is good to be busy or even slammed - maybe more staff is needed. If the attitude was better, people wouldn't leave feeling like they've bothered the staff. Food and coffee is still great most of the time, but you tend to feel apprehensive about ordering modifications or more ingredient coffees because the attitude is so prominent. Atmosphere is less inviting now that a few public facing people seem to be very entitled and rude.”

“This is my wife and I's new favorite place in Crossville! Both times we have been the food and service have been great! We have tried the shrimp (both tempura and teriyaki) bento boxes and several of the sushi rolls, not to mention the mushroom and miso soups, squid salad, and gyoza. Everything has been great. I definitely recommend Tokyo to anyone in the area.”

“20251228 First time here. My pup's glucose was very low and she loves McDs fries. Arrived around a little after 1. The employees were helpful and nice. First time ordering a latta at any of the McDs. I usually go to Starbucks and I should have. The caramel latta tasted like burnt coffee, and I not a coffee drinker. The fries were short, as though I got the bottom of the batch. There was no napkins included in the bag. Good thing I have some in the car. Maybe I've never tasted the type of coffee roast used by McDs, but the short fries... I definitely wasn't expecting that. Oh if you are looking for Grinch stuff, this location is sold out.”

“This great place is just a few miles from my house but I had never been before today. And what a beautiful fall day on the plateau!
I am usually am pulled to IPAs and Robert, today’s ipa, didn’t disappoint I ended up buying a growler for Laborless Day.
They have a nice little bar inside and a couple of sheds with benches and tables. A pretty tree lined field in the back offers a good backdrop to enjoy your pint.”

“When I walked in, I could smell the fresh aroma of pizza. It was very refreshing and smelt delicious! I ordered parmesan bread bites and coke! The lady serving me at the till was very kind and sweet, Her name was claire. She was very friendly and good to chat to! I Ate outside in my car and was hit with DELICIOUSNESS! The parmesan was perfectly cheesy and the bread was nice and soft. The food was so good I had to go back in and leave Claire a tip! 10/10 experience! Lovey staff. 😀🤟”

“My wife and I attended the Grand Opening today and it was fantastic! We counted 9 staff members cranking out sandwiches and it was super busy. They did a great job getting everything out quickly and our food was great! The gentleman at the register "Trinton" was the perfect guy for that job. He is a super friendly guy with a calming presence that really helped within that super crazy busy environment. I think they are doing a great job, and the food was great! GOOD JOB Jersey Mike's! Thanks for being properly prepared for the big rush on opening day!”

Such a pleasant and warm color of powder blue like shade of paint and very nicely decorated. The people that work there are the best part of all and they know how to actually prepare great tasting food and are sincerely nice friendly people. The place is clean and enjoyable and their style of cooking can't be beat. We'll be back every chance we get and be sure and tip them well for all their generous efforts and great service.”

“We call it the Dive Bar, but we go at least once a week. The people are always friendly and the bathrooms are clean and nicely decorated. Prices can’t be beat. Two pool tables, darts and a large video game. Juke box has great selection.”

“It is sad that a worldwide chain has such little standards for the franchises and the quality of food and service recieved. We eat at multiple Mcdonalds locations and it is almost expected that the order will be wrong, food will be cold or there will be some other issue. we Have ordered breakfast online on the app and had it refused to be made because theur lines were ling and it was 10:38am when we got to the drivethru window for pickup. (order placed at 10am) and had to wait for 2 days for a refund to go back on our card...and the managnent doesnt have service skills to offer a resolution a coupon or a way to make customers seen or appreciated or valued when there are problems and the 800 # doesnt follow up with you...Today our mcdonalds was out french fries. How is Mcdonalds out of French Fries?? and how do you sell value meals on the apps and delivery services that include fries when you dont have fries there to sell or a replacement item or price adjustment?”

Long storey short I told him to keep up the good work and he could make manager, and he did. He needs help so bad as I go to get breakfast he is so often working alone. Doing it all. He never complaines. Always has great attitude. Please get more involved and help him to keep from leaving. He can help your business so much. He already has, you can see the traffic picking up.”

“The Crossville, TN location is absolutely amazing. We were blessed to have Rachel serve us on Thanksgiving Day. She is an incredible gem in every way. The team of 14 handled the massive crowds and traffic superbly. No waits and never ran out of any food ever. Rachel needs a true reward as does the entire team. It took them all to make this rockstar holiday so memorable. We will always choose them for every holiday and non-holiday.moments!”

“This location has a pretty good staff. The restaurant is usually messy when we go in but they aren't standing around so I'll assume short staff. The food is usually good even when I for dash, Its usually still hot. Sometimes the beef is too thick or the sauce is all on one side of the bread but I think this is expected from any fast food place.”

The baristas were super friendly and took a few minutes to get to know me and create a genuine connection! Some of the best customer service I’ve had in awhile! :) can’t wait to go back and try more things!”
