We always get amazing hot food here. The entire staff are friendly and very helpful. We have NEVER gotten poor food or services from these great people. The store is always clean, and that’s a great reflection on management and great training and dedication from all the staff. Keep up the great work guys. Y’all rock. Oh yeah, by the way, their health score is 98.
This Captain D's is one of the cleanest fast food restaurants I have ever been to.I was so impressed on how clean the women's restaurant is. No joke.The young man at the counter was very pleasant, polite.I give it 10 stars. **********I even kept my receipt so I could let them ( Corporate) know.I'll be back.

Cashiers could be better. Today (8/18) there was a gentleman by the name of Isaac that took our order, he is very helpful, well spoken, and professional. He has made me change my mind on my previous review. Isaac when cleaning the dining area was going from table to table to ask some of the elderly if they needed anything such as refills or more condiments. He did not have to do that but that is what kind of employee/person he is.
