This was my first time but I hope my review doesn't apply to all their servers but our server wasn't very attentive and had to call him over for everything. Only time he came up to us was to secure the fact that we paid after we made it to our car, we left cash and he assumed we walked out which makes sense after the service he provided. Food was good but nothing to write home about same as most regular Mexican spots.

Absolutely the best South American fare in Tennessee. The birria quesadillas are the highlight of the menu for me. And although every server and manager here are consistently warm and welcoming, make an effort to get sat with Gabriela, as she is among the most outstanding servers I’ve had the pleasure to have take care of me, and I have lived and dined all over the country.

When you go to El Toro's, ask for Ray or Haley for your server. Ray and Haley are excellent. Ray speaks a little bit of English but he understands most everything you say. If he does not understand, ask him. Did he understand and he will repeat your order. Excellent server. Haley is very friendly. She speaks English and is an excellent server also. The food was great but every time I go there it's always delicious. The only thing I don't like about it. They do not have medium sauce. They are mild and they are hot. It's hard to mix together to make it medium. Try their steak fajitas they're wonderful! Overall I give them an A.Parking: I usually park on the side of the building. There's always a few empty spots. I've never been there that I did not get a parking space somewhere in that parking lot.Kid-friendliness: Everyone is friendly and nice. Although my favorite people there are Ray and Haley.Wheelchair accessibility: It is wheelchair accessible. The front of the restaurant is very open. Lots of room to walk around the tables.

This place was so good! The service was fast, the waiter was somewhat hard to understand (language barrier) but we didn't really care. The food was amazing! Fresh, hot on arrival. Portion sizes were perfect! We paid less than $20 for a two person lunch meal (not including tip). We will definitely be going back
