I would just like to state .*First off , as a long time customer service worker , if you want better customer service maybe try being a better customer. 90% of bad comments and reviews get left from rude disrespectful customers who are being difficult and looking for a reason to complain or argue. *Secondly, this establishment is personally-privately owned and gets to make their own stipulations concerning coupons. So yes, as there may be national coupons that are sent out for corporate stores, but being that this is a franchisee store. The owner gets to make their own stipulations as to what they do, and don't allow within certain corporate guidelines. No one is trying to give away such expensive meat for pretty much free and not being able to make any money off of it as a personally owned store So grow up ,get over it ,follow the rules .*Third I think it's funny how so many adults want to literally yell at children because they can't have it their way instead of being an adult and acting like one.

Frequently closing early (never a consistent time). Asked them tonight if they could try to get there listed hours updated and the lady immediately said no and implied that people should just deal with that.

Went in with a cupon, wanted a steak sub. The cupon states exclusions, but says nothing about excluding steak. They refused to honor the cupon it. Wont be going back.

Don't know who owns this subway but you definitely need to train your employees to at least act like they like people. I had a girl with pink hair and she was rude and rushed me the whole time.
Food was not good, asked for Mayo, Ranch and sweat onion sauce on a wrap. Barely any mayo no ranch or sweet onion sauce, ordered 2 16oz bottle drinks received to medium cup drinks, staff was rude and made it seem as if I was a bother. WILL NOT RETURN AGAIN ever.

Brandy was super rude she thinks it’s okay to yell at a little girl and call her names that I can even say on this review! Or it won’t be shown but Something needs to be done about this! That little girl was the only one doing her job with a really long line that was all the way to the door it took forever if she would of been doing her job it would of been a lot faster.

They are very rude and disrespectful. I do not recommend going into this subway unless you wanna be disappointed. The girl working tonight we're ready to go home, which I understand but they were very rude and told me I could not get certain sandwiches. They would not toast my sandwich's and said that the oven had already been cleaned and turned off an hour before closing, close to an hour and a half before closing. I will not be returning to this subway and hope that these girls will have a better attitude to people soon, or they will not be working with this public anymore if they keep getting complaints.
