Dixie is the most unprofessional, rude, incompetent excuse for an employee I have ever seen. She threatened to SPIT in my food when I told her my order was wrong. Then told me to leave when I ask for her manager's name.I am horrified and disgusted that anyone would behave in such a way, especially in a place of business.

I placed an order online for three pizzas and crazy bread at 4:30pm for pickup at 5:30, but when I arrived at 5:50, they had either cancelled the order or given it away to someone else. Waiting on them to make the order made me very late to an event. They didnt have it ready until after 6:40pm. The staff acted like this was normal and did not do anything to compensate or make ammends for their unacceptable error.

Everybody except for the cashier was on drugs specifically meth can't hold that against cash register but everybody in that store was bouncing around on some drugs specifically methamphetamines three of the workers should not have to walk outside to talk on their phones during work hours might just be me but you can tell a meth head when you see them especially when they're bouncing around the kitchen on their tippy toes

Health code violations, inattentive staff, and poor food quality.While waiting over 30 minutes past the estimated ready time for my food, I watched all 3 staff members work in front and touch all manner of surfaces and their face then go to the back and directly handle food without washing their hands.The pizza crust was undercooked and soggy, the toppings were scattered around the pizza instead of in halves, and they added toppings we didn't order.Additional note, don't order a 2-liter. They never have any in stock.Dietary restrictions: They are terrible about separating ingredients to only half the pizza.
