This is the only place I can find in the area that still serves soft shell crab. ? There's is lightly breaded and just.. delicious. They have a huge sushi menu with pictures. I love that I can actually see what it looks like before I order it. Everything we've ever ordered has been really good. Highly recommend the Sirloin and shrimp hibachi. (9 Sep 2023)Excellent sushi, each roll is portioned perfectly for dinner and consistent in good flavor throughout. This is the best sushi restaurant in the Chattanooga-Sparta stretch in all I have tried.Our waitress was very friendly and helpful, my parents and I had an enjoyable meal for my mother's belated birthday dinner.We live ~45mins away, but the drive is certainly worth it!

The food is good and I especially like that I can get sushi! Service is fast and nice. Ambiance is fine, I have no problems with it. The only negative is that they're probably just trying to not use so many bags, so they group it all of the food into as few bags as they can . I understand that. But I like my sushi very cold. So when I get home I have to put it in the freezer for a while before I can enjoy it.
