“Everyone that works there is always so wonderful when I come in. They literally have the best coffee in Dyersburg!!! The employees always take the time to make your day feel special. Would 100% recommend going and experiencing this wonderful place!!!“

“I'm not the biggest McDonald's fan but the two or three times I've been here in the last year have been exceptional. The fact that it took a little longer on my Filet-O-Fish or that their milkshake machines are broken a lot means that they are very committed to serving the finest food . As far as McDonald's goes anyways. Instead of giving me something that's been sitting out for hours thay take the time to cook a frozen fish. And even though it was only a couple extra minutes they gave me a card for a free meal. I get it may be annoying with their milkshake machines but that just means they refuse to use a dirty machine. Also the cashiers are usually very nice.“
“This place is like everywhere after the pandemic...it's open but the set back has a hold, and nobody seems to be able to break away and get back to our normal. Seriously, it's as if we have gone back 10-15 years in business operations.“
“Food and drinks were excellent. Service left a little to be desired. I don’t think it was from lack of effort of the staff. Just seemed like communication was off that day. So I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt.I’ll be back to try their different flavors of tea and ice cream.“
