I came through the drive through this past Saturday when the place was short staffed. The man taking our order was super friendly and kind. Something from our order was forgotten but he immediately corrected it and apologized several times. Our receipt said the cashier was Giuseppe, so I just wanted to say thank you for doing your best and let you know our food and drinks were delicious.
Mark was so kind when I called on the phone to place a catered coffee order. He explained the process to me and priced each item, so I knew exactly what I was ordering and what my total would be. Thank you so much for your customer service and making my first time ordering a large amount of coffee such a breeze, Mark!! I appreciate you.

Food and drinks were excellent. Service left a little to be desired. I don’t think it was from lack of effort of the staff. Just seemed like communication was off that day. So I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt.I’ll be back to try their different flavors of tea and ice cream.
