This restaurant needs a new manager or supervisor. All the employees are very rude. If they had good management already this wouldn't happen. You lost my family's business.

Ordered on app. Two bowls no nuggets and a 10 PC nugget .The little girl in the back made fun of me for taken the nuggets out the bowl but ordering nuggets on the side. I just had dental surgery and the mashed potatoes bowls is about the only thing I can eat I can't chew. The nuggets were for my child. IV never been so upset I physically left crying. Thank you for the worst service ever.

I went into use the restroom put my hand under the soap dispenser and couldn't get soap out so I tried two or three different methods since you know I'm used to I'm working in the medical field they get a little sensitive. So when I came out and asked for the manager and told her that no one was able to wash their hands in their properly she yelled it through the whole field and how I was being unreasonable because I didn't put my hands sideways and that she could prove how the soap worked. My thoughts on that is if the people that are eating can't get the soap out what makes me believe that your employees have clean hands. So Dyersburg Tennessee KFC will never get me to eat there again

Waited 35 minutes for a 12 piece family meal. Paid extra for breast and legs only and paid extra to add a small slaw. Meal was not fresh, had thighs instead of legs and no slaw. Tried to call and of course you can't get no one on the phone.
