And the employees acted like they had no clue what they were doing although she pulled my order up... Yet she wanted money up front DIDNT HAPPEN... STILL Took 45 minutes to get my order...

I ordered my pizza online arrived at the pick up time to be told it’s in the now to be told pull around front and wait and they would bring it out 35 min later I had to go inside because the app said my pizza was ready and no one was bringing it out, after 55 mins waiting I was given a cold pizza I would not recommend this location to anyone when asked to speak to someone about the poor service the young lady laughed and giggled and said I’m sorry unacceptable

Called to place an order at 256pm was told 25 to 30 minutes. I get there at 30 minutes and was told its not ready have to wait 2-5 more minutes and pull up and park. The kid at the window said he'd bring it out to me but never came out after waiting 20 more minutes. Pulled back around there was a car sitting there waiting for their food and wouldn't leave for another 15 minutes. Didn't get the food til 4pm over an hour after calling it in. No apology for being lied to either. My order was small too. I'll never be back to Dyersburg location

Honestly love the food, the people however need some more training on how to treat the public. Me and my fiancé go inside and order our food we ordered 2 pizzas and 2 orders of crazy bread. 30 minutes go by and we come back through the window and they act like they never even got the order, so we wait at the window for about 5 minutes. watching them aimlessly wonder around looking for nothing. We even hand them our phone so they can simply look at our order, and the lady takes off with the phone and proceeds to not give it back for another 5 minutes. A lady that didn't even take our order comes up to the window and has to inform us that our order was mistaking my given to someone else and that the only thing they could do was rename it or refund us. We just chose to get a refund at that point, after watching them sit around not caring or even THINKING about how to properly handle the situation. all the time they spent looking for our order or finding out what happened to it, they could have been rebaking it and we could've had our order by the time we got our refund. Someone needs to go there and teach better customer service. Didn't even apologize for what happened lol. All this could've been avoided if they had smarter people working... or better customer service and knew how to apologize for THEIR mistake.

Over charged us then basically forced us to take the food because it be a week. Credit cards don't batch until end of day easy void would of fix it. What I get for not going to Domino'
Ordered a pizza online to pick up at 7:30 pm. Picked it up got home and pizza was so hard and couldn't eat. Looked at the tag on the box and it was made at 11:12 am.

I ordered the Pretzel Crust pizza and I definitely did not receive that...they put some salt on the edge to try to cover up their mistake but that was a regular crust...
